We came to Casa Rosa for our first family holiday with a one-year-old and a two-year-old. The host couldn’t have been more accommodating.

Casa Rosa is an amazing place to relax and explore the gems of Umbria like Assisi, Gubbio, Perugia, Spello, and more. The hosts are incredibly friendly and made us feel at home.

It has a very nice lobby.
Good temperature everywhere, nice pool, kind staff.

Remote hotel in Assisi with nice rooms, beautiful entryway and bar area, pool, and on-site massage appointments. The rooms were pleasant and unassuming.

We enjoyed a four night stay last week at the Antico Casale Urbani outside of Scheggino in Umbria. The colleagues at the hotel were very kind and accomodating.

At our wedding the food was truly exceptional, every course delicious and enjoyed by all.

Charming, intimate, but needs attention to details.

Nice little getaway, rooms a bit dated. Wonderful pool. Evening staff and front desk all very nice. Breakfast was rather disappointing. Cappuccino was good though.

Really pleasant stay. Surrounded by greenery, it feels like being in a park with wonderful trees and a huge garden.

The kindness of the staff and a great pool.

We spent 2 weeks with friends in this wonderful place. Very comfortable conditions, peace and quiet.

Wonderful place to stay with a very nice estate and a very helpful host. Good stuff for children and good products from the agriculture.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff in particular was very friendly. All facilities such as the swimming pool and the sauna are highly recommended.

Randomly drove up the mountain to this resort to have dinner. The view was really nice and it was a very quiet and relaxed environment. The food was also enjoyable.

Wonderful place, you eat and drink from god, welcoming and impeccable staff. Everyone proved to be nice helpful and professional.

Beautiful location, beautiful building. As someone who is very light and noise sensitive I had an amazing sleep, something that doesn’t happen often outside of my own house. Roberta is also a true G.

Beautiful agriturismo near Assisi. Our host, Roberta was very accommodating and helpful. I really enjoyed the peaceful ambiance, pet friendly policy, and the clean, beautifully renovated room.

We stayed here for 3 nights — could have stayed longer as there was plenty to see and do in the area.
Marco was very helpful in getting us settled in and offer us touring suggestions.

We recently celebrated our wedding in early September 2024, a traditional Punjabi wedding, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with our experience at this venue.

I spent one night there on my motorcycle trip through Italy and was very satisfied with the room, the dinner and the hospitality. This place was particularly exciting as it is an off-grid facility.

More rustic than the photos suggest, but if you take it with the right spirit it pays off with good satisfaction. Delicious vegetarian dinner. Abundant and rich breakfast. Clean and large rooms.

A very nice property. The living environment was sparkling clean, as was the garden and the pool. The owners are very friendly and keep everything in good condition. Highly recommended.

We stayed in the Margherita apartment, spacious, spotlessly clean and equipped with all comforts, as well as a porch with spectacular views.

A welcoming environment, a wonderful and surprising atmosphere, precious and out of time details, magical corners. Comfort and relaxation!

Every time I come to Bolsena, I go to this farmhouse. I recommend it for the location, hospitality and local products. For the kindness and helpfulness of the owner.

We have just returned from a beautiful 4 day mini holiday, my husband, my 13 year old daughter and our daughter. Cana.

Excellent small boutique hotel on the lake front. Superb service from friendly staff and a quality breakfast buffet. Great pool and gardens, easy walk to Bolsena and many good local restaurants.

My wife and I enjoyed our two night stay here in late September. Our room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable.

We stayed at the farmhouse with my family in the most chaotic week of the tourist year… Tranquility, excellent location for reaching the Marmore waterfalls, Lake Piedilugo… Family-run farmhouse,

We have just returned from 5 days spent in this fantastic place, run by lovely people.
