Hotels in Umbria with a Pool

We had a wonderful stay at Casale dei Frontini! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home.

We had a very happy time at Casale dei Frontini. It is everything that is good about agriturismo.
The family are delightful and welcoming.

Beautiful location — just off the beaten path but still very close to town. Cozy apartment, beautiful view of Todi from the pool.

We stayed at Borgo Petroro to celebrate my sons wedding and honestly, it was the most magical experience.

I attended a wedding in July and it was so magical. The property was gorgeous and well kept, all the rooms had wonderful antique furniture and super clean.

I don't know if there is another place in the world where instead of the usual chocolate on the bed you find as a welcome gift six fresh eggs from chickens reared in a completely natural way.

We have stayed at La Torriola twice and it is our intention to return next year. It is a lovely property with good rooms, equipped with everything that is needed.

Beautiful place just outside Orvieto. I was warmly welcomed from the very beginning, and the atmosphere is calm, elegant, and very relaxing.

After a week spent in Umbria, staying at Locanda Palazzone was everything we hoped for and more.

A wonderful stay which we would certainly repeat when next in the area. Caterina is a lovely host, and the place itself is simply stunning. Don't miss out on the dinner, which is really delicious.

This is a lovely place to stay, beautiful scenery, nice hosts, clean and comfortable room!
No Wi-Fi or signal in our room but it was available in the reception area.

The room and grounds are nice but as long as the kitchen is closed for dinner the experience isn’t what I was hoping for. The breakfast was ok. In April too cold to do much on site.

Always the last stay of our Italy trips. Since 2009 for us, this has been an outstanding stay on every level.

We had 3 days of pure joy there! Everything is just great! Our room looked much better than it was in photos. Estate is spacious, very peaceful, beautiful, very well maintained.

A quaint, tranquil and beautiful little place to stay in an amongst the vineyards.
Stunning views,
Lovely and friendly staff who are very welcoming but do note they don't speak much English!

Thank you for a warm welcome, breakfast was delicious, and beautiful view.

Review:
The atmosphere at Podere of Pescara is simply superb. The rooms are incredible—spacious and impeccably clean. The owner's courtesy is outstanding, making you feel right at home.

Absolutely amazing venue, we went for a wedding. Had a mind blowing 3 days there. Food was absolutely amazing and so much of it. Their wine was superb. Staff, friendly helpful and fun.

We stayed for one night, it was a very good experience. I really can't complain about anything. The castle is such a cool location. And the food was extraordinary! We got the 5-course-menu.

If you’re visiting Orvieto this is a must stay. Everything was perfectly clean and neatly presented. They had food, coffee, milk and waters waiting for us which was very handy after a day of travel.

What makes for the perfect accommodation?
First, the professionalism of the staff when you initially make contact and then the follow up. In our case, Sabrina was an absolute delight to deal with.

In May of 2026, my wife and I held our wedding at Torre Collevento and it was honestly the best decision we could have made.
The venue was incredibly well kept and impeccably clean inside and out.

Beautiful and peaceful hotel near Orvieto with an incredible view over the surrounding landscape. The rooms were spotless, very tastefully decorated, and full of thoughtful details.

Excellent location in the midst of quiet greenery with swimming pool. Very clean and the owner very kind. Excellent location to reach the various villages in the area to visit.

Excellent welcome from Mr. Amerigo.
The apartment in which we stayed (unfortunately only for one night) _Ginepro_ was very clean.

Stayed within the village walls. Room was vey traditionally Italian. Self contained little kitchen. View over roof tops and hills.

We had the pleasure of staying at one of the Luna facilities in the village.
Mr. Carlo, an exquisite person, immediately revealed himself to be an excellent host, extremely serious and professional.

We stayed in Tau.

The coolest stay! This was a farmhouse from the 1700s (renovated now) but a lot of the history can still be seen which was so cool to experience.

This place is amazing. Just wishing that we had more time to stay here and enjoy the amazing views, pool and perfectly manicured garden.

Beautiful place great cuisine unique hospitality… Those who go there will definitely come back.

The atmosphere of the old town takes you back to the past. The rooms have been transformed where old meets new. You will not get bored of the breathtaking view.

Reception to say the least exemplary, excellent cleanliness,

Amazing place, not so far from Rome.

We spent two wonderful nights surrounded by greenery, the staff made us feel at home, delicious homemade breakfast, beautiful farmhouse, I highly recommend I will definitely return, excellent point

Enchanting place, quiet surrounded by nature, our room was welcoming and comfortable, clean.
The owner was very kind and the breakfast was tasty with home-made products.
We had a really good time.

Attention! Pool working hours till 7 pm. When you come back from a hot day and you expect to use the swimming pool, the staff comes and says will be close to the pool… But the receptionist's service

A hotel in a hyper quiet village — good hotel restaurant but only one other in the village.
Wonderful views across the valley including Perugia and Assisi.
