We had a wonderful mid-August holiday. I thank all the staff and owners for the services offered. The lunch was delicious, at an exceptional price, we ate, drank and had a great time.

The farmhouse is immersed in the Umbrian countryside just a few minutes' drive from Spoleto. The swimming pool was very nice and the breakfast was very good.

The hotel location is perfect, exactly between the old city and the train station. Very quiet place. The breakfast was very nice, very quiet as well, with a very good service.

Definitely the good food of the restaurant, the cleanliness, the courtesy and the location in the center of Terni.

I don't know if there is another place in the world where instead of the usual chocolate on the bed you find as a welcome gift six fresh eggs from chickens reared in a completely natural way.

We have stayed at La Torriola twice and it is our intention to return next year. It is a lovely property with good rooms, equipped with everything that is needed.

A wonderful stay which we would certainly repeat when next in the area. Caterina is a lovely host, and the place itself is simply stunning. Don't miss out on the dinner, which is really delicious.

Most wonderful stay and experience I have had. The hosts are two of the most welcoming and sweet people I’ve met in Italy, not to mention the lovely animals.

If you travel by car, Agriturismo Poggio Boalaio is a great place to stay. Even though the host has to communicate through a translation app, he is warm, supportive and hospitality during our stay.

The coolest stay! This was a farmhouse from the 1700s (renovated now) but a lot of the history can still be seen which was so cool to experience.

This place is amazing. Just wishing that we had more time to stay here and enjoy the amazing views, pool and perfectly manicured garden.

Excellent b&b run by a very kind and always available husband and wife.

Beautiful place where one can really secluded. The kitchen was very well equipped. Just bring all you need so you won't have to drive anywhere while you enjoy the amazing swimming pool.

We stayed here for a few nights and it was the best to stay in Tuscany. The host was super nice and very helpful. Breakfast is very good, homemade fresh and very tasty.

My husband and I visited this hotel Sept 2021 whilst doing the Via Francesco. The hotel was in a lovely setting with mountain views and a pool. Breakfast was nice especially the warm croissants.

Positive: Pool a welcome addition. Staff were friendly. Negative: Air-conditioning offered/agreed when booked (and important in decision to accept property). However was not available upon arrival.

For now the carefully made structure, renovated for a year, then tonight dinner we see, however I am optimistic I trust.

Place surrounded by nature, clean rooms and very nice bathroom. Both Maurizio and his wife are fantastic people. We will come next time with great pleasure.

The restaurant is marvellous! Excellent, traditional Umbrian food set in a gorgeous location overseeing the Spoleto valley. The service is really good too.

We stayed here twice on our bike tour. It's a nice hotel with great expansive views of the valley. Our first room felt a little dated, but on the second visit, we got a nicer one.
