I have not seen rooms and service sinceI did not stay, but the staff looks qualified and I find the lobby particularly comfortable.

It was very nice and clean. Great location both to visit the town on foot and to park serenely. Good breakfast in the morning even if we were hoping for some typical product. Very good price in relation to the service.

We have been twice in this hotel. Both times we were very good. It is in an excellent location within the walls. The rooms are very clean The breakfasts were plentiful and with good choice, the thing for me was that the drinks were prepared from the bar and not with the now miserable machines with milk and lyophilized coffee. Excellent and various dinners. Very nice staff Only flaw, if we really want to find it, can be parking, since you park on the street in a space assigned to the hotel and you are given a pass so as not to be fined. Recommended.

As a great location, close to the old town, if we have to talk about rooms absolutely tabatha… bathroom too dated with toilet placed in awkward position. Almost under the sink… the towels with too much of a closed smell… you should renew a little… remove carpets and drapes.

Beautiful structure excellent rooms equipped excellent breakfast that ranges from sweet to salty and so much exceptional courtesy for cleaning the bathrooms and rooms prices really contained.

Good value for money managers and courteous staff. The kitchen is good too. The absence of soundproofing (structures and outdated facilities) penalizes comfort and good sleep.

A hotel room by the most welcoming family. The accommodations are what you expect in Italy, but the staff is very friendly and helpful. I've returned many, many times. It is a great base from which to explore Umbria.

I stayed at Hotel Le Mura for three weeks during a summer program in Citta di Castello, and it was the perfect home-away-from-home. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the facilities are well-maintained. It is also well-located within a short walk of the main corso, shops, restaurants, and the central piazza. It's a charming hotel in a picturesque town.

I stayed at the Hotel le Mura as part of a large group holding a conference in town. The staff was, to put it simply, incredible, and generous with their time, energy and kindness beyond all measure. The hotel accommodation are clean and tidy, while the hotel's location is perfectly situated on the edge of the old city (easily accessed by car, with a parking lot outside the wall) so that you can comfortably walk to the square at the city center.

Upon entering my single room for the first time, I took a photo to capture the moment. Now, looking back at that photo, I remember the warmth and coziness of that room and the great views from its two corner windows. The entire staff — the owner, desk clerks, porter, servers and room maids — were professional, helpful and very friendly. Not far from Le Mura are many interesting sights: churches, museums, antiquity. I would highly recommend both Citta Di Castello and Hotel Le Mura.
