Driving up does not show the beauty and expanse of the property. Very clean and the breakfast is delicious with many choices. Outside the walls of Assisi but very close.

Great location opposite the train station and the bus stop for Assisi and the airport. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet but you had to be served.

This hotel is just a walking distance from the original St. Francis church where he spent his entire time at (down in the valley of the new St Francis church which was made in his honor).

Fantastic Hotel with a very helpful staff, rooms satisfactory and always clean. Gluten Free menu available. Another best feature comfortable pillows.

Beautiful agriturismo near Assisi. Our host, Roberta was very accommodating and helpful. I really enjoyed the peaceful ambiance, pet friendly policy, and the clean, beautifully renovated room.

Very convenient stay next to Assisi. Bathrooms are a bit old but clean and big. Late check-out is nice. Staff is very friendly and communicative. Restaurant nearby is open late and can be loud.

This is my second visit here in a campervan. I have also looked at the wooden bungalows and they seem attractive. Pitches are tidy, with water and electricity nearby.

We stayed in the new section of hotel a few weeks ago on a tour group, great hotel service was great, friendly awsum place, clean tidy rooms were good close to Assisi would recommend, beautiful.

I wish I could have stayed longer. The place is beautiful, clean, and smells great. It’s only a 8-minute walk from Assisi train station.

We were looking for the relax 2 days during our travel in Umbria with a swimming pool and beautiful view. What to say it was even better than we were expected. The view on Assisi is gorgeous!

The breakfast is a wide selection of delicous foods. The rooms are clean and contain everything you need for a great holiday and really close to Assisi.

It’s a beautiful hotel, in the center of the town. Rooms are big and spacious.
Keep in mind you can not drive to the hotel during the day-it’s in the restricted are.

Very comfortable stay overall. Check-in was smooth, and the room was clean, well laid out, and had a lovely view of the Santa Lucia Cathedral.

Our stay at Casale Serena was truly delightful. The property is beautiful and peaceful, set right in front of a stunning vineyard that creates an unforgettable view.

This Villa is beautifully restored with gorgeous grounds. We stayed in Room 7 — a very large suite at the very top floor (with several steep stone steps).

Tutto il mio era eccellente! Everything was excellent! We ordered several dishes and got to share everything from the pasta, to seafood, to meat, and then dessert of course.

It is a nice restaurant in the centre of Assisi. At Il Vicoletto, they serve delicious Italian food with a twist. It's not the standard dishes you get at many places, just a little extra.

Beatiful views on Assisi old town. Kind service and clean rooms without any issues. Pool is nice and tidy, perfect to refresh yourself after long walks through Assisi.

I expected larger rooms and a more abundant breakfast but in general it is an excellent hotel.

Small but comfortable room. Not fully accessible. No water pressure in shower. Noises from other rooms were heard easily.

The hotel is a lovely 19-room property in Torgiano, a nice town near Perugia where you can visit wineries and oil mills. The hotel is excellent specially considering it’s rated 3 stars.

Great private parking, has an underground parking as well, all free.
The Superior room was large. It had an old style but nice. The bed was very comfortable.

My wife and I couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. The location is perfect for exploring the near by towns and the food was incredible.

Stumbled upon this gem during an emergency. My granddaughter was taken by ambulance to the hospital in Citta di Castello during a vacation from a wedding venue villa.
