Unique place, carefree, relaxation, great food, has everything one can want when he wants to spend a few days in a Umbria. Very close to Assisi, Spello and many other places to visit. I've stayed here about five times now, with my boyfriend and sometimes with my family. Every time I come to Italy I make it a point to spend a night here. Maurizio and his staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, from the moment you arrive until you leave. First and most importantly, the value for your money here is unreal. Every room has a scenic view, as well as a table area just outside the door where you can enjoy it. The rooms are charming and rustic, extremely clean, spacious and comfortable — you'll get great rest. And many rooms can accommodate multiple people, including children, comfortably; there is at least one king size bed and an additional single bed (sometimes two) in each room. The bathrooms are also very spacious and clean. Some other highlights of the property are the pool and hot tub, poolside views, free parking, attentive staff, and the breakfast spread in the mornings. I would urge anyone staying here to have dinner at the restaurant on site, L'ulivo. It is a wonderful experience. Maurizio has been serving the same menu with slight seasonal variations for many years, and it is unbelievable; the fixed price menu includes several small antipasto plates with local meats, cheeses and vegetables, followed by two pasta dishes, a main course of steak, and dessert — not to mention as much wine as you want. All of it is exceptionally fresh and delicious, I cannot recommend it enough.

If you are looking for relaxation, wonderful cuisine and feel pampered from the first at the last moment by Maurizio and his fantastic staff is the place for you!

Wonderful place. Between Trevi and Foligno immersed in the green. Large rooms, outdoor Jacuzzi and swimming pool surrounded by greenery with breathtaking panoramic views. Very helpful staff I had dinner in the property and they make you feel at home (besides the fact that the kitchen is nothing short of exquisite). A paradise.

Nice structure a little out of the world (which I personally appreciate), which offers all the main amenities, including the swimming pool and especially a sublime cuisine. All well managed by helpful and affable staff.
