Alda and her colleagues were very helpful. One of the coziest places you can stay in Rome. Great location. They helped a lot with my personal requests. It seems like I will have another trip o Rome.

This is a lovely little hotel in a great location, approx 10 mins walk from Termi and 15 mins to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and the Colosseum.

The Westin Excelsior in Rome is a fantastic hotel the staff is excellent — very friendly and ready to help you with anything you might need.

The door to the bathroom was a struggle to open once it was closed so we ended up leaving it open lol.

A hidden gem in Rome, exceptionally kind staff, superbly clean, impressive decor and ancient architecture.

Only giving this place 4 stars as I feel it isn't really marketed properly. Ill start with the good.
