Convenient for moving around the center. Simple but clean rooms. Good breakfast with fresh products. We had a very good time. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Super nice accommodation. Very practical too, next to the train/bus/metro station. Room very nice and clean.
Also there is AC what makes your stay very pleasant in the hot days.

Great hotel if you are on a quick trip to Rome. If you just want to use it as a place to sleep, it gives uncomparable results.

Really great staff, beds comfortable but the pillows might as well have been an old pizza box. Small area to hang out and over priced breakfast (walk across the park and find more affordable options).

I was in a 6-bed room. Chambers and bathrooms were very clean. The bed were also very clean with a semi-platic tissue to ensure that the matresses stay clean.

Fab place to stay which is about a 15 minute walk to the colosseum and 10 minutes from the train station. Free water refills and the opportunity to buy breakfast as and when you need.

There were seven of us and we booked three rooms. At breakfast there was a table for 7 people, I think they did it for us without asking. Thank you. The rooms and beds are clean and comfortable.

This hotel was very simple and homey. We stayed upstairs reached by a beautiful winding staircase but difficult to navigate luggage up and down from the room.

Nice place at fair price for an overnight stay if you need to be early at the airport. The owner is very kind and helped all the way to get taxi services.

The hotel is lovely, right on the sea-front with a swimming pool and its own beach with loungers and parasols.

Very cosy little room 10 min walk to termini station so very convenient. The lady who runs it went above and beyond to make us feel like home. Even let us take her towls to the pool.

Very nice Guest House with wonderful staff. You have here everything what you need for your stay. Very close to Roma Termini. Definitely good place to spend the night.

The receptionist was kind and attentive, through whatssap messages I had communication with him all the time.

We read some negative reviews and were hesitant at first. But everything was perfect. What you would expect from a three star hotel! Cosy room, nice view, fresh croissants in breakfast!

We stayed for 2 nights in a twin room. The room was very quiet and comfortable. The accommodation is very well located for Termini station and we easily walked to most attractions in Rome.

Ideal location if you are travelling and are getting in and out Fiumicino Airport. Staff was very helpful with check in and booking shuttles and taxis for us. Very nice spacious and new bathroom too.
