Despite the hotel's stellarness, everything is on a great level. The staff is very friendly and helpful. No luck with the view from the window. There's a coffee machine downstairs. The location of the hotel is not bad, near the supermarket, drinking column, Termini station.

Nice budget hotel. Nice personal clean rooms. Near most of the sights and has transport from airports.

Terrible Hotel. Air con doesn't wQesn't work. Showers have no curtain so water goes everywhere and you can't even shower in peace. Really filthy and bad neighbourhood. No kettle, tea or coffee provided in the rooms. Breakfast is with rock hard croissants and unchewable bread. A terribly maintained hotel which shouldn't even have any stars.

The rooms are quite good quality/price, breakfast is rich, buns varied.

Lovely staff but luck of the draw which room you get. The worst thing about our room was the lack of shower curtain but our friends' room had hair in the bed and a funny smell in the room.

Resembles a hostel with private rooms. Our bed was two twins mushed together and no in room Wi-Fi. All in all the location was good, near termini and a short walk to many sights. Staff was friendly as well; it just lacks the amenities to be considered a 4 star hotel.

I’ve been to hoStels that were better than this. No Wi-Fi, not even payable. Airconditioning is lacking. The people at the reception are incompetent. The coffee with breakfast is bad. Other breakfast options severely limited. The only ok (ish) thing is the location.

I was a little apprehensive when reading the ratings, but what you should note is the Q/P report: On that if you pay €330 as the tariff card says behind the door of the room, you do not have it for your money and you can ask where the 4 *, but if you pay less than €90 as it is offered on the Connis booking site, then it becomes acceptable for a visit to Rome. The staff are friendly, the rooms are OK but pretty poorly soundproofed, the AC is noisy. The biggest downside is on the breakfast with low end products.

Visited in late 2011. Okay hotel for a decent price, basic necessities and a simple and solid breakfast included.

Fantastic food for breakfast (buffet). Rooms were spacious with no damage and lovely bathroom, only issue was that the coach can't get close enough to pick us up! All around good experience.

Dont do it, just dont. Worst shower of my life. AC didnt work, didnt have Wi-Fi. A complete mess. Dont let the free breakfast fool you, its not a filling breakfast at all. Pay $20 extra a night and stay somewhere nicer, you get what you pay for. its right by termini station and thats the only good thing.

Horrible the facilities, the service and above all the receptionist at night. Don't go, it's a horror.

Perfect location But just to be 4 star.

The basic needs are satisfactory however the rooms are slightly too small for my liking, especially 3 person ones.

The hotel was OK, but the bathroom was a bit bad and we had two floods during our visit due to bad design and lack of shower curtain. The room was cramped and we had no room, and the lifts always felt like they were going to fall. However, the breakfast was nice and although the walls were thin and echoing, we got a good night's sleep.

Bit of a bad bathroom. However, the staff are lovely. The walls are very thin and the building full of echoes, this makes your sleeping no good. Fridge is provided which is good for keeping water cold. The lighting is is optional so there is anything to suit your preference. Windows open to let cool air in. The building is very tall because there Many of floors. The beds all gave mattresses, covers and a singular pillow; this provides me with a sore neck. The hair dryer does dry your hair. The TV has a slight fizz however with time you may watch a show. Now onto bathroom. The bathroom has room for one. I need to hold the shower head to wash me. Soap is the only thing to keep it going. I have to jam it under the button. The noise is not good but the staff are friendly and we are near a shop or more. Breakfast provided is full of options which is good for the eaters who like none. I come with my own towel which is no good because they provide plenty for me happily. All in all I would stay here again however I would like ear plugs and a shower stand.

Bugs, very dirty, broken, put the guys who go on a trip to the end of the year in small rooms, have to climb to bed by the feet because they are together the beds a shame, not who has put so many stars to this hotel.

Hotel of excursions of institutes and as such I value it. I am a teacher of high school, the staff is very friendly and willing, the breakfast is good for kids from 12 to 16 with juices yogurts cookies croissants toast … Variadito and complete. The coffee is terrible that if it is better than the VENDIBG machines that at least is Lavazza. If there are problems with the rooms or with the boys right away they count on you if they see that the teachers we worry, if you are not all day calling and annoying because of the noise or inconvenience that the group general and then do not give you bail. This cerquisima of all possible visits. The rooms are not luxurious but it is clean and sleeps well, it is somewhat old but it is comfortable. In short, it meets the needs of a school group satisfactorily. I do not give 5 because you would miss renovate a bit and especially extend the Wi-Fi to the entire hotel.

It is worth noting the horrible staff that waited on us treating each other with enough contempt and when I say fairly I mean a lot. I don't want to go back for anything in the world to that hotel even if it cost free.

Noises and unnecesary hotel umpleasence made the stance there the worst.

Overall rather bad experience. Negatives: Winding corridors, fairly unfriendly staff (threw luggage into corner whilst cleaning), crammed into a couples room with three other people (students), kept awake at night by other students, internet doesn't reach past the first floor. Poor breakfast, no ac, and there's no shower curtains so water goes everywhere in the small bathroom. Redeeming Features: Good location, towels and linens changed every day.

Stayed here with a tour group. Rooms ok and clean. No shower curtain makes a mess in the bathroom while showering. They TURN OFF the AIR CONDITIONING from 12 midnight — 7am and don't tell you. Woke up sweating every day couldn't get it to go below 24 Celsius. Very skimpy breakfast. NO Wi-Fi! 2 stars at best.

All great, but there are 2 disadvantages: no Wi-Fi and no curtain in the bathroom. If the noise in the corridor it is impossible to sleep.

Lived in this hotel for a few days. The rooms are very nice, clean, with antique furniture and prints on the walls. New plumbing, everything works correctly. The girls at the reception are friendly. Breakfast — standard. Drawback — the rooms, indeed, there is no Wi-Fi, but we often met in many European hotels. The hotel is very conveniently located — practically in the heart of Rome. Next is a five minute walk to the Termini station. For Hiking in the Eternal city — could not be better. The hotel is built in a quiet side street near lots of lovely cafes, restaurants, osterias.
