Very good hotel with nice rooms. Staff were kind and price of the accommodation affordable. In walkable distance to Roma Termini train station.

If you are planning a trip to Rome you can reach the location by walk from Roma Termini Train station, surreunded with a lot of bar, pub, cafe and restaurants choises that you can have nice diner,

I was a bit of a moron and kept pulling the entry doors instead of pushing, and as the host didn’t speak or understand English with my limited knowledge of Italian it appeared like a rough start.

Location was great, householder was very attentive and kind, room was also very good, highly recommended.

A little tricky to get set up but worth the few minutes of learning curve. The room is cute, nice town view and the first to get sun on the balcony. Quaint breakfast set up. Utilitarian but helpful.

Hotel is too quiet and is in a convenient place, you can reach to some good shopping malls like Cathedlon and Carrefour and Eurospin by walking. Bathroom is clean and rooms are clean and neat.

Almost everything ist perfect. The employees are very kind, and the room service is very good. They have free parking with cameras.

My wife and I have just stayed here for 3 nights and found the whole experience fantastic!

A well-located hotel just 2 minutes from the metro. Within a few minutes’ walk, we were at the Colosseum. There’s a bar in front, but from our room we didn’t hear any noise.

The location is very comfortable and near the sea and bars! The apartment was very clean and the owners also very kind. I spent here the weekend! Highly recommended!

We stayed here for the day after leaving our cruise, as our flight wasn’t until the evening. It’s very convenient for the airport, just a couple of miles away and close to the beach.

Loved it! So so quiet. A great value. A block from the beach and great pizza. Wonderful breakfast and cappuccino bar…Mossimo front desk was such an Italian stallion…easy access for shuttle and trains.

I stayed here recently in august and wow what an amazing little place it’s stunning.

The location is fantastic, it’s just a few steps to vittorio emanuelee metro station which can connect you anywhere in Rome. The staff over the phone and the lady who brings breakfast are very polite.

To begin with, the position is really decent compared to similarly priced accommodation in Fiumicino, quite close (10-15 mins walk) from the main part of the town, with restaurants and the such.

Great little b&b in the heart of Rome, short walk from Termini. Close to everything, quiet, quaint and well appointed! Loredana is the perfect host!

Lori is super nice and made sure that everything with our stay was alright. She even gave us an upgrade for our room which was very kind of her.

We stayed here on our most recent trip and it was great.

What a beautiful surprise this stay was. Such a quaint property. The staff are so welcoming and go out of their way to make sure you have the best stay. Dinner was amazing!
