We stayed here for five nights recently. The staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, Wi-Fi was great, taxis were called by the concierge and came promptly and the ones booked for the airport were on time and very reasonably priced. The hotel is very centrally located, close to the Opera House, walking distance from Roma Terminii and an ample breakfast is provided daily in the room rate. There are also many very good restaurants and bars in easy walking distance. All in all a good place to stay in Rome!

Perfect location. Amazing staff. Nice clean large rooms. Friendly helpful english speaking. We have been coming to Rome for years and feel so lucky to have found this hotel which was recommended to us by our Italian neighbor as his spot. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Dirty sheets, No AC and very runned down!

Friendly staff located close to the train station and within walking distance of most turist attractions. The neighbourhood is not the best, and upon arrival we were warned by staff not to go near the train station at night. The rooms are a bit small, but clean. The only mirror in the rooms is in the bathroom, which was inconvinient. It would be a big improvement if an additional mirror was added to the room outside the bathroom. The AC did not work in our room, but it did work in our friend's room next to ours. When we afsked if they could fix it we were brushed off and told that it did work even though it clearly did not. Thankfully the windows have shutters that lock, which allowed us to sleep with the windows open. Unfortunately the streets are noisy at night. The breakfast was unremarkable. Wi-Fi costs extra. All in all an okay hotel for a person looking to explore the city and just needs a place to sleep.

Bad. Final scam in the receipt much lower (of as much as 40 euros) than what paid online for the booking: even asking for explanations there was no towards having the correct amount invoice (and I needed it for work! ). Room definitely different from as represented in the photo and very small with a carpet full of dust. Uncomfortable steps to go to the bathroom and no bathing kit. Wi-Fi for a fee. Breakfast almost non-existent: there were only biscuits lined up on a tray and packs of biscuit slices shaded. To have a coffee we had to disturb the staff while ignoring us and making their own facts.

Ideal location for a stay in Rome. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

My hotel for over 18 years, great location, staff, stands out for its professionalism and kindness.

This hotel is awfull from every point. We found in multiple days bugs and cockroaches in the bathroom and on the walls near the bed. The wc and shower cabin was broken. They fold your pijamas but they don’t clean the 2 finger of dust visible under the bed. The free wi fi is not free and doesn’t work upper than 1st floor. Avoid at any cost!

Price in line with the market for service and location.

Hello my very good experience, when I have needed any questions before arriving at the hotel, has responded and solved quickly. Good value for money As far as the location… great, we moved walking from the hotel all over the center and you have near a subway mouth. Good service and hotel amenities as well. Very comfortable beds.

Reception and courtesy of the poor staff, double room decidedly small and lacking in comfort, the bathroom kind house of rest with hot water that arrives after 15 minutes that you have slid the water, so do not rush to take a shower, the breakfast is Bad always style nursing home… Concluding better any B&B because value for money is not worth absolutely!

Really cosy place with a good old vibe of Rome. Staff is pleasant and price justifies the smaller rooms. Only real downside is the breakfast menu which seemed old even when arriving as the kitchen opens.

The worst hotel I have ever been. The Wi-Fi is not free and after you bought Wi-Fi they told you that it's works only in lobby.

3 Star Hotel The rooms are not very large, but they are more than enough, well located close to Termini station, its breakfast is adequate to its size, the employees sympathetic and attentive, especially the Sr of the dining room, if I go back to Rome I will return.

Exceptional location (300 meters from Termini station). Fair prices (80 euros for a double on December 29th in the center seem more than just right). Good breakfast, small room but very clean. Good location Luggage deposit guaranteed both before check in and after check out.

It is good to be 1 3 star hotel.
The breakfast I found poor, the location is OK, relatively close to 2 metro stations, several restaurants close to the attention was good, all the staff friendly I don't think I would return that if.

Very nice hotel with friendly and helping staff, plenty food to choose from breakfeast and the rooms are nice and clean. The hotel is also very close to some of the most important places which you can literally walk to them.

The worst hotel ever. TERRIBLE service, the staff was super RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. I do not recommend it at all. They don’t let you eat in the room and serve terrible breakfast.

It is close to Rome termini, has a good location, to others it is near Via Nazionale which is an avenue to go shopping!
Now they don't let you into the hotel with food, the rooms are nice.

No or little air conditioning. Breakfast with an approximate and little organized service. Clean and tidy room.

Rather disappointing. Where to start — if you are planning a longer stay, prepare for the same food every morning and do not expect more than a very basic and cold breakfast. No ham, sausages or bacon, forget the eggs. Rooms are air-conditioned, even if a bit too tiny (at least ours on the 1st floor was), but clean. The same goes for the bathroom. No "please, do not disturb" sign available either. I was told "rooms must be cleaned every day". They should change the mattresses, too, they are past their best. No fridge or minibar in the room, and only one small wardrobe. No food consumption allowed in the rooms. TV with just a handful of channels. Friendly enough staff. Overall, nothing to make me want to come back though.

Way too many rules for a hotel (like no eating in rooms)! It felt more like a hostel. The AC is at their mercy, and even when on, it's barely cool. Complaining won't help.

My family (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed there for 7 days. Andrea and the staff were very nice and friendly. They're of great help to find info about places to go or things to do as this was our first visit to Rome. Breakfast was excellent including coffee and fresh juices. Room was a bit cozy but comfortable enough at reasonable price. We were so satisfied with the service as a whole. Thanks!

Near Termini station, quiet, clean, good service, comfortable rooms.

The room was very small and the air conditioner only worked for a couple of days. Beds small and uncomfortable. Very poor housekeeping, bed linen never changed in 8 days. No free Wi-Fi and no guarantee reception in the room even if you pay. No way a 3.5 star hotel more like a low budget B&B.

Wi-Fi is not free. 10euro 7 days.! so small rooms. So bad ( ( (good just location.

Correct has an almost reasonable price.

Good home. However room tiny and quite loud, between the ventilation and the neighbors have heard snoring.
