Excellent place, simple but very comfortable. Breakfast is served directly to your room at the time you order. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. It is located near Termini train and metro station, with tram and bus stops which connects it with all. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I think it was the best thing about staying at the hotel.

Very kind reception and nice breakfast. I am strongly recommend here for travelers.

It is very expensive and offers no service.
Never seen the coloring.

Not a HOTEL but just a room rent, which for other, these rooms are on the first floor and no elevator, staff does not help you with luggage. We also had my daughter's buggy and they didn't even bother.
I wondered if the problem is due to the fact that the management is entrusted to the Chinese, obviously we have a very different culture.
The area is not the best.
I do not write everything that happened to me because I should write a poem, CMQ super discouraged!

Very good hotel, with affordable prices, offers all the necessary amenities, clean rooms with good space, I do not give 5 stars because the location is not the best, but as far as the hotel is concerned is all very well, the staff is very friendly and willing 24 hours Excellent!

Basic hotel with basic breakfast service. Not in the best part of town, but close to the metro.

Stayed here after there was issues with another hotel I booked. Staff are friendly and very accomadating. The rooms and bathrooms are spotlessly clean. Well priced and nice breakfast. Easy to find and in good location for accessing transport.

Close to Rome Termini Station, convenient and well maintained at a good price, run by friendly young people of Oriental origin.

Clean place with a friendly staff near the train station. They make neat towel arrangements in the room as well. WCs are a bit dated and small but for the price it's perfect.

One of the best hotel's i've stayed in close to the metro which is very helpful to get you where you need to go, nice and comfortable bedding and the staff is so nice and thoughtful. Highly recommend. Thank so much <3

Great place to stay, nice rooms just perfect for two and breakfast in bed. Public transport, either tram, bus, metro or tran just behind corner.

The Flophouse earned the designation of the Hotel. There is no General premises. The reception is sch directly behind the front door in the narrow stairwell. The rooms are located in the first floor, are small and winding, and in a pitiful condition (frayed, with holes coated Wallpaper, mold in the "shower", no shelf under the mirror in the shower, the water runs only hesitantly. Breakfast gives it only to the room (on arrival is the choice to make; nothing hearty is offered). Breakfast in the room sounds good, but at the Close a real challenge. Upon arrival our booked room wasn't available and we were for the first night in another Hotel outsourced. That was, however, really recommended. The shock return home the next day was great. The rate of well-120, 00 Euro for a double room was really steep. Of 10 points, we would have a maximum of 2 awarded. Conclusion: A "Hotel" for undemanding guests with a lot of money.
