SPA Hotels in Rome

I’ve been staying there on this my 12th trip to Rome in the last 24 years and this is probably the best.

The hotel is amazing and has the best wine cellar! More importantly the staff is amazing. We were able to have cigar afternoon smoking a nice Cuban.

Great location for exploring Rome.

We had a very pleasant stay. The service was excellent in every aspect – both the reception and the breakfast staff were friendly and professional.

This was our second stay at Hotel Condutti. We really enjoyed our first stay there and our second was just as wonderful.

Great location near Spanish steps. Very reasonable room rates. Lots of restaurants and other sites nearby. All the designer stores in this area as well.

We enjoyed our stay at the Golden Tulip! Great location near the train station plus we could walk to so many sites easily! Our room was clean and well appointed!

We had a nice stay here. Excellent location with a minutes walk away from Termini Metro connecting you to anywhere in the city.

What a fantastic hotel! Situated perfectly near the Spanish Steps, with the most resourceful and attentive staff, including Claudio and Salvadore, who helped to make our stay perfectly fabulous!

We had an overall great stay at The Code Hotel Rome, with several standout positives and a few disappointing details that could definitely be improved.

The best part of this hotel is its location. It is right atop the Spanish Steps where a lot of historical and tourist sites are a short walk away.

Beautiful hotel. All clean breakfast great only The beds the mattress is not double. But x the rest everything ok 👍👍👍👍

I recommend both for work and more for the family for the availability of all the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms.

What a great place to stay while we were in Rome. The building has been restored to apartments and they have done a wonderful job. The rooms are not big but they have everything you need.

Couldn’t recommend more! Had the most incredible trip to Rome, the hotel really sealed that. The receptionist was exceptionally helpful, so friendly and comforting.

An exceptional stay at Palazzo Delle Pietre. The interiors are absolutely stunning—beautifully designed with incredible attention to detail, creating a luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere.

Our stay at Palazzo delle Pietre was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Rome. From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

Every time we are in Rome we choose a hotel at the centre, this time we preferred the stay inn we booked without breakfast, the hotel has the best position very clean very easy for everything you

Some caveat — we realized we got rooms in this building after we booked through the Hotel Condotti.

We stayed here for 4 nights and paid €40 in city tax for the couple. The hotel is located in a building that also houses offices and even other hotels. Reception is on the third floor.

This is a small hotel located in an old building that also includes some other hotels and offices. The location is great, with many sights within walking distance and easy transport access.

We had a wonderful stay at Campo Marzio. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The hosts were super helpful and we enjoyed their hospitality.

I want to start by saying that this is the first review I have ever written. When we checked into Campo Marzio, everyone was helpful and accommodating.

Great place, clean, very well located! Parking spot is a plus and Anthony is super nice and helpful! I recommend it 100%.
We stayed in a 3 bedroom room and the space is good enough!

Awesome location just a short (about 10 minute) walk from the central station / Termini (where all trains lead). Super comfy bed. Friendly staff.

Rooms are a bit dated but really aren’t a problem unless you’re looking for 5 star hotels. View from the room was fantastic.

Wonderful view, kindness and courtesy.

Super friendly host, great location, comfortable bed, all you need to stay in Rome. Highly recommend.

Great little b&b in the heart of Rome, short walk from Termini. Close to everything, quiet, quaint and well appointed! Loredana is the perfect host!

Loved this boutique hotel! Perfect location and amazing service.
I got a deal for booking last minute and included breakfast!

We had such a pleasant stay at the Dharma Boutique hotel. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. If I was to be critical at all I would say that it was slightly overpriced.

This hotel is in a very convenient location. The stuffs are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very clean and they clean the room while your stay as well.

I styed this hotel 1 week. All are 100% ok. Staff very kindly helful. Wonderful decorestion. Very nice cleaning. Raccomand all my friends.

We had a wonderful stay! Super satisfied with this hotel.
Location — Great location, 20 — 25 minute walk to main tourist attractions and very close to train station.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The lady with curly hair especially was absolute sunshine.
The breakfast was phenomenal!
The rooms were big which was so nice.

Exceptional boutique hotel in prime Rome.
Location. Staff checked in morning after arrival to make sure we were settled. Attentive, warm, welcoming staff.

I didn’t believe the 9.9 rating, until we stayed here.
My wife and I arrived at Piazza di Spagna 9 in Rome with some doubt. A hotel rated 9.9 on Booking can sometimes feel too good to be true.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would definitely return.
The property is charming, well maintained, and in an excellent location for exploring Rome.

Fantastic hotel, in the heart of Rome. Couldn’t recommend more. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. There’s an area where you can get snacks, coffee, water etc 24hrs.

The receptionists were friendly and efficient. The hotel has a large lobby area and outside patio for group meetings.

Beautiful experience in this Hotel, the design is very modern and elegant. The room was very colorful, comfortable and very clean.

The room is stunning, clean beautifully decorated and sexy. The atmosphere is quiet, private and so relaxing with great lighting for a party.
