Great welcome from Alessia and her husband who made us feel at home. Comfortable, spacious and above all clean rooms (change of towels on time every 2 days). In times of Covid you have to adapt, breakfast was served to us in the room, abundant and with fresh pastry brioche for a sweet awakening. Perfect location close to all the major monuments of Rome, we always walked around, quiet and well controlled area. I booked by contacting the hotel directly. Great value for money: nothing but 2. Hotel better than many 3/4 stars around! If I go back to Rome, I will definitely come back to them.

I stayed 5 nights with my family, the property is located in a stately and elegant building, where you feel very safe. The area is there. Better than you could get if you want to do everything on foot, because it's nerve-wracking to all the important sites, it's pretty much in Via Nazionale! A 30-second walk away is also the Coop! The rooms are clean and the shower spectacular, Fridge in the room which is very comfortable, Digital TV, and Air Conditioning fully functional! Breakfast is standard for Covid rules but just ask that they satisfy you, however you get jams in abundance that you will not end up! The Check in Guy is polite and respectful. And the prices are also low this means as mentioned above you can receive some dinner. We were there with the Bonus and there are no surprises all regular and serious. You can trust me!

Nice treatment, let leave your bags before check in, the room was in good condition and the bathroom clean and remodeled, this central you arrive in 10 minutes to the places where the tours leave, the breakfast very varied and rich, without complaints.

The position, the staff! The rooms could do a make over though. But apart that we really enjoyed our stay in Rome. And Im definetely booking there if when Im Back.

My friend and I stayed at this B&B for two nights: the location is really comfortable, so many places are within walking distance. Even at night, the area is always busy and guarded. Very comfortable co-op in the vicinity!
The staff are very friendly: the lady who made us breakfast is very helpful and open to dialogue. Clean room, suitable for two people: to improve the Wi-Fi, which was constantly skipping. I would come back for value for money and for location!

It is very central, lovely staff, satisfying breakfast and very nice room, comfortable with small bathroom but enough for a shower after kicking through this beautiful city, delighted we have been 6 days, thanks to all the hotel staff.

A charming hotel, good breakfast, good housekeeping, very friendly staff, besides being in the center near everything, around you have everything to eat, buy, bus and metro stops, but Rome to see it is walking and this hotel is at a strategic point to get out and n any direction and visit how much this city has.

Good value for money In general I do not like the floors carpeted, in the room. Very good location to visit Rome on foot as we did. The payment of tourist rates I did not like that take the payment by card, and tell me the last day to the exit less. My friend's room had a mini window to a horrible inner courtyard. My window very good. The elevator of the Ancients very nice but super slow and failed. Very comfortable staircase. Like the "Roman" towels and sheets very clean.

Ok, but Wi-Fi is intermittent and rooms are compact. Service is attentive, but that only goes so far to make up for the other flaws. Of course, it is not expensive and that's something. The area has convenient access to transportation and shopping, that's great!

Visited Rome with a group of students from our highschool. As a teacher I've seen some of the less expensive hotels in Rome these past few years and this was the best by far! Friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms, very clean, complete breakfast (with great coffee! ) and ideally situated. Definitely recommended!

This is a good hotel in a good location. It is a 15 minute walk to the train station, and 10 minute walk to the Colosseum. The room is good with excellent air conditioning, however the shower is tiny. Breakfast is good.

Breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful. The staff is the flagship, very nice, friendly and helpful.

The place is magnificent, I was satisfied of the stay spent. I admit that it was not easy to find it since the nameplate that indicates the hotel is small, but otherwise I have nothing else to say. I went to Rome with three other people and the quadruple choice was of a suitable size, the beds were settled very well and in the bathroom there was no need and finally there was also the air conditioner working.
The staff were very kind, very friendly and offered to Spiwgare as Raggoungere any locality of Rome. Also, the location of the hotel is perfect as central and a few minutes from everything and for the price of the stay, I can say that it is a real bargain and I highly recommend staying there in case of trips to Rome.

The Wi-Fi is only free in the reception to have in the room, €3 x day.

Central and convenient location, staff, room tidy but very very small. Good accommodation for the weekend, if you have to spend more time the scarcity of space in the room definitely would become a problem.

Although not the best hotel, but price/performance is very good. Very Central. All public transport are available. The Hotel is very centrally located in Rome and therefore perfect to explore the city. Wi-Fi is quite expensive. 3€ per night. The Breakfast is typical Italian, but it is enough to start the day.
