Perfect!

I loved the area (just outside the ZTL zone), quiet and safe (for Rome! ). The apartment is very spacious, clean, with comfy beds.

Our staying here was over the top. Very clean flat, located perfectly to get to city center in 15-20 min. Everything very cosy, comfortablLocated close to trump station. Also good by price.

Very nice, clean comfortable and affordable accommodation in the ideal location of all attractions.

This was an exceptional experience! From.
The moment you enter, you feel at home.
And fully taken care of. Can’t recommend this place enough. Will definitely return!

We stayed at J24 in Rome for two nights, and it was an excellent experience. The room was clean and quiet, and our host, David, was warm and thoughtful.

One of the best place that I have been, and one of the best cappuccino that I have had. I can just recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay at La Fontana di Carlotta🙂. Fantastic hosts Alberto and Grisalda, and great location to get around and explore Rome. Thank you!

A holiday is always what you make it and this stay at La Fontana di Carlotta in Garbatella was like staying with family. The location after getting used to transport and surroundings was excellent.

Great place to stay! Perfectly located—just a few minutes away from Cipro metro station and about a 15-minute walk from San Pietro/Vatican.

10000/10
The best host I've ever met on my travels. So much positive energy, kindness, advice for all possible sights, restaurants… Great location, very close to the metro station.

The room was very nice and large and so was the bathrom. Air conditioning worked well. While the hotel is pretty much in the middle of nowhere, it's connected by either train or frequent metro+bus.

I was in Rome for two days.

A beautiful, elegant and complete apartment, and the owner is very nice and helpful, and I think it is nice to add carpets in the living room 👍🏻

Hotel with the best location, very central next to the Trevi fountain and many businesses for shopping and eating.
I was with my mom and dad.

The room is very clean and quiet. Great location, just 2 mins walk to Trevi fountain and 10 mins walk to Metro station.

We had a wonderful stay here last week, celebrating my sons' birthdays. We had 2 rooms, really spacious and clean, with air conditioning and a fridge.

Excellent location for most must see sights, also 12min walk from Rome Terminal Train station. 4th floor private rent rooms with small elevator (2persons) only.

Great place to stay, brilliant position next to the Colosseum. Clean and surprisingly spacious for a city centre hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. Check in and out fast and efficient.

What a wonderful stay! The beds were super comfy and the rooms spotlessly clean!
Staff were friendly and helpful. Especially when my husband left his credit card behind!

Located on a quiet street in the heart of Rome. Very good accommodations. Like living in a private apartment.

Very nice host and great location.
Highly recommended.
