I often go to Rome for work and I found in the hotel Genova, great courtesy, professionalism, attention to the customer, cleanliness of the rooms. I stayed in a suite that I could use as an office, comfortable, spacious and with all the right details. I will definitely be back for my business trips.

Hello, I want to speak frankly. I have seen the hotel, one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The hotel was close to the train station and all the historical monuments in Rome. The treatment and reception was very wonderful As well as the breakfast was very delicious and wonderful and the cleanliness everywhere Thank you very much.

The hotel safe in my room was literally ripped out of the wall and stolen… stuck in Rome with no passports. Still no resolution. Definitely seemed like an inside job.

Hotel robs you and then promises their insurance will pay then robs you again. We stayed there on August 23, 2019 and when we were at dinner, the hotel gave a key to “somebody” and they stole our safe and belongings. They promised to pay us back and here we are 6 months later and they won’t reply to our emails. Not a very nice example of Italy or memory of Rome. Hotel Genova Rome you should be ashamed of yourself and how you represent your country!

Appalling customer service and attitude to the client. I was charged twice prior to coming ; for the room I did not book. Countless of emails, messages and no reply to this day. Money taken, no resolution. Will take this matter to the higher institutions. Would not recommend and never book directly with the hotel. As management ignores you as a customer completely and uses your card without consent!

Hotel Genova is very close to everything and are very helpful.

Absolutely superb, staff fantastic lovely and clean and right in the middle of everything.

Hotel is in a great location. Staff is fantastic and very accommodating. Food at the bar was ok, but the bartender was awesome! Definitely would stay there again!

It is the only hotel I stay in whenever I visit Rome location is great near the train station 15 minutes from piazza espaniag.

Good place to stay. You can wall to most attractions. Staff is very helpful. Very close to train station. You can walk to it from the train.

Very central hotel a short walk from the term station. Very nice and spacious room. The quality of the breakfast is good, very varied, but not great.

Love how central this hotel is located, It's literally right besides the Termini Train station. Trust me, you do NOT want to drag a luggage through Rome. Be sure to stay somewhere near the Termini station because it has express train to the airport. Also love the newly renovated room. Highly recommended!

Good location. 3m to the Termini Station. 15m walk to Colosseum. Breakfast was okay, but it was included. Room was very clean. A bit small, but it's too be expected in Rome. Wi-Fi was very slow. Very shabby courtyard view, but I think the building across the courtyard is owned by someone else. Overall a good experience.

Attentive staff and operative, the hotel quite clean and the bed comfortable, the windows insulate quite the noise from the bustling Cavour Street. Many restaurants and pizzerias in the area.

Beautiful hotel and the perfect display for a sightseeing tour in Rome. Friendly staff and clean rooms. The only shortcoming is that it is very noisy in the hotel at night as it is very close to the station. The volume, however, was to be withheld. Breakfast was absolutely adequate, there were some bread — and rolls and two sausages each — and cheeses as well as jam etc. I would choose this hotel again every time, as all the sights except the Vatican are within walking distance in 15-20 minutes.

Roman Hotel in the center of Rome Ordinary and convenient unprofessional you confuse a spritz with a coffee.

Good compromise is not to expect extreme luxury, but it is cmq a good place to sleep and have breakfast. Friendly staff.

The room for four adults, turned out to be for three with a cot, but we must highlight the good disposition of all the employees who the next day we changed it for a bed, they are super friendly and attentive, from the reception to the staff attending in The breakfast is the most remarkable of the hotel. Very neat.

It is located near the train station, it is convenient to city center. The rooms are ordinary and a bit noisy. Free Wi-Fi and Sky. Breakfast included.

Not a bad hotel, a very nice place, the proximity of different transport, good breakfasts, polite staff.

3 minute walk to train/subway/bus station. Nice room, high ceilings make it cool and spacious. Staff was great. Free breakfast wasn't spectacular, but there was something for everyone. The internet Wi-Fi was free, but not up to the task of uploading a whole day's worth of tourist pictures. (But that's been my experience in almost every hotel in Europe. ) All in all, I recommend this place wholeheartedly.

It is a convenient hotel that is at walking distance from the train station. Neat and convenient at an acceptable price. Nothing special yet nothing to complain about if you care more about visiting Rome than the hotel where you sleep for a few hours.

Had a great 3 night stay here. Our room was excellent apart from no view but not many rooms in Rome have views!
The room had recently been refurbished to a very high standard, which we understand, is how they want to do all rooms. Bed was large and comfortable, Wi-Fi was good, breakfast was typical but fresh. Claudio on reception was excellent in helping us with recommendations for food and travel. Location close to train/bus station is useful. Plenty of good eating places close by.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Our initial room wages a small shower and when asked if we could change, they were very accommodating. Hotel is about 3 minute walk to termini station, which has great links for bus, metro and train. Would stay here again.

Good location as per the train station, but lake of in room amenities and poor breakfast.

Thieves can roam at the lobby. People at the counter not very attentive to their guests. A thief took my son's and no one of the 4 or 5 staff at the counter claimed to see it. Beware in checking in and out of this hotel.

Excellent location wooden salaries (no carpet) Large rooms clean normal breakfast great to go with small children.

I enjoyed my stay at this Hotel. The room was very quiet, so was able to sleep well and having a bath available after a long flight from Australia was bliss. The staff are very warm and welcoming. I liked that it was not as close to the main attractions, meant not as many people around. I was picked up from the Hotel for my tours without any problem. No Restaurant in the Hotel, but lots of eating choices close by. The breakfast room is a little like a cafeteria setting, so was not inviting. The buffet choice is some what lacking and you have to pay if you would like your eggs cooked. Found that unusual and 20 minutes to poach an egg was exessive. Fortunately I was not in a hurry that morning. Also not a fan of coffee dispensed from a machine.

Overall it is a decent option. It is extremely close to the main transit station which was helpful. The rooms are clean and the staff is mostly friendly. I didn't love the shower because it was a little cramped and only had a small panel blocking the water from going out which meant a lot of water got on the bathroom floor. The breakfast is okay, but not amazing, but it is included so I can't complain too much about that. It is within walking distance of a lot of attractions like the colosseum, pantheon, trevi fountain, etc. Which is a huge plus as well. I would stay here again.

I expect more from a four star. Everything in order but it is a four star. Especially evaluated.

This hotel is really nice friendly and so helpful staff. They really make you feel at home and open up for their own personalities. In the bar you get the nicest drinks carefully made by signore L. I took one with fruit and it was perfect. Then the staff in the reception they help with anything. Taxi you name it. La signiora polish very good and you get help with luggage. The couple in breakfast very very nice. I stayed 4 nights and the more I stayed I got the feeling of the hotel as a family. Take time to find this place. Safe and near the station Termini.

Lovely staff and brilliant service. Breakfast was diverse and really yummy. Rooms spacious. Close to a main road but relatively soundproof with the shutters closed.

Perfect location. Beautiful room. Shower is a bit tight so if you are a large person, this is not the hotel for you.
