Brilliant location, right next to the Vatican within easy reach of the Vatican museum and St. Peters Basilica.

What a wonderful B&B style place to stay! Emilia gave very clear instructions to find the rooms and there was no difficulties. The room itself was gorgeous and with a private bathroom.

Great aparthotel location, near the Vatican Walls (300m) and the Metro station Ottaviano on Line A red, on a quiet street full of restaurants (Italian and Asian).

Great spot to stay while in Rome. Good location to walk to the Sistine Chapel in 20 minutes. City bus stops right out front to take you to the Colosseum. 15 minute ride. $3

The location is great, about 12 minutes from piazza del popolo. Lots of restaurants and farmacias nearby, also has a couple of carrefour locations if you need groceries.

Highly recommended place to stay in Rome. From your bedroom you get a view on the Vatican and the basilica itself. Very clean, check in extremely easy, the staff is very helpful.

It is so close to the Vatican, we literally had a view on the Vatican. Also the place itself its so good you have everything you need and its so convenient I really recommend.

I stayed in one of the rooms for 3 nights in April 2025. I highly recommend it for its value. Super good location, a few mins to the St. Peter and probably 10 mins to the Vatican Museum.

Agreed with other reviews, the value here is great, especially if you plan to just use the room to store luggage and sleep.
