Hotels in Rome with Parking

Brilliant hotel, fantastic service and an unbeatable location right next to the Colosseum and many other major attractions.

The Grand Hotel Palatino exceeded our expectations. Friendly staff. Very accommodating. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The decor was simple and modern.

Quaint hotel in a perfect location. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean as well as quiet with great air-conditioning.

Perfect location in the heart of the historical precinct meaning pretty much all the big ticket attractions are in walking distance. Lots of places to eat nearby.

Mascagni Luxury Rooms was a very clean, thoughtfully appropriated, conveniently located landing spot for the start to our trip.

Nice hotel and clean we enjoyed our stay in Mascagni hotel. Employees are really friendly and helpful especially Sara and the other lady at the breakfast place they were super nice and friendly.

Hotel was clean and welcoming. The staff were efficient and friendly. My small dog was clearly welcome, too. Will definitely return if I'm in Rome.

Everything was good, the location, the building itself is beautiful, very pleasant and helpful staff both on reception and restaurants.

Beautiful entrance/lobby area. Room was basic, but very clean and comfortable given the room size. Staff was friendly and cordial.

Very nice hotel not far from the Vatican. Interieur is unique. We enjoyed our 4-day stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was not big but very clean and we enjoyed a good breakfast.

The hotel is located in an area convenient for us for logistics and is easily accessible.
The parking is fenced and there is the possibility of using the garden.

Cozy place lost in the upper corner of Rome, family owned and they are super lovely and friendly. Highly recommended, especially if you are a cat lover!

We had an excellent stay at B&B Roma Tuscolana.

Great location, very tasty breakfast, comfortable room, great staff (especially Roxanna and Constanzo)!

Excellent b and b in the heart of Rome close to the Vatican. A very generous breakfast is provided along with a free well stocked fridge. The breakfast really set us up for the day.

Excellent place to stay when visiting Rome. The location is very convenient, close to the main attractions and easily accessible either on foot or by public transport.

Amazing spot. Host was super helpful and kind. Room was beyond expectations, super clean, lots of perks. Amazing location with lots of local shops and food spots nearby. 10/10 recommend.

The best guest house in Rome!
It’s even better than a five-star hotel!
Francisco, the host, is incredibly thoughtful and attentive.

The hotel was lovely, very clean and super organised with a great shower, comfy beds and a smart tv. It was in an excellent location, and Luca was very kind and helpful, and even upgraded our room

Very nice bed and breakfast type place. A little difficult to find, but the doorman in the building showed us up to the second floor (first floor button on the elevator). Staff were very nice.

This is a new and modern member of the Marriott group. We stayed 6 nights.

To be honest, I couldn't find anything to fault. The hotel is definitely an Autograph Collection from arriving at the door till check out.

A simple, but clean, welcoming hotell with lots of character and a superb hostess in Cristina.
Cristina is warm, welcoming and a great host that really puts her guests in a great mood.

Nice apartments in a quiet street, close to historic sites. At the reception, we got great and kind recommendations for everything to do in Rome (thanks, Laura! ). Plenty of good restaurants nearby.

We stayed in one of Brama Roma's two bedroom apartments earlier this month and it was wonderful. The owner was so kind and helpful.

Great location, close to everything. Rooms were great and very clean. Rosa was very helpful, even made me a coffee.

Thanks the host for being so welcoming and kind! It was our best experience in Rome, we were glad to stay at this place with the great balcony and clean room. Really recommend for your trip to Rome.

What a jewel of a hotel! This was our first trip to Rome and we couldn't have been happier with this hotel!

With a busy few days of sight seeing around Rome and temperatures reaching 38 degrees we decided we (especially the kids) needed some downtime somewhere we could relax and cool off.

Nice budget friendly hotel in a safe residential neighborhood. Its a short walk to bus stop to reach different parts of this great city. Rooms are renovated.

I really enjoyed my 3 nights at Casa di Nazareth. The checkin staff contacted me before my arrive to make sure I was able to get to the facility. They were very friendly and welcoming.

Very clean and charming with a big balcony overlooking Rome. It is not in the center of town but having flown all night I appreciated the calmness of the hotel and its environment.

I had an exceptional experience at Monasterio dei Santi. The rooms were incredibly clean, spacious, and cozy, with a beautiful view of Rome.

Very calm area with clean rooms. It’s 2 minutes away from the metro station but we weren’t a big fan of Rome Metro Station so we used it only once.

Absolutely recommendable guest house.
Great location with the Metro station, 24/7 Carrefour, Bonci pizzarium just in a stone’s throw. Vatican is just nearby too.

Nice location in a pretty area with lots of little stores around and a grocery store next door open till late. Perfect spot for a city trip.

Tinkerbell Roma is conveniently located close to the Vatican and the metro to Rome sights. Manuela was pleasant and responsive host!

We stayed for only one night. But the room was big, clean. The common kitchen was stacked up with bread, snacks, cereal, juice etc.

Highly recommended, the room is clean and tidy, kitchen is restocked for breakfast and snacks. Barbara (the owner) is amazing and communicative.

Rooms are a step away from the Fountain.
The location can't be better. All the good restaurants, drink and food places are less than 5 min walk. In terms of location give 100/10.

Before I arrived, I received a message from Ekaterina. She was extremely communicative and welcoming in her message. I explained that I would be arriving early from a long flight and journey.

In 2017, my wife and I stayed at this 5-star hotel and when we decided to visit Rome again in 2024, this was the "only" choice.

The room was small but well appointed. There was a small table and two chairs with a welcoming bottle of champagne, fruit, and nuts overlooking the Colosseum and the gladiator training grounds.

Very nice Mercure hotel near the Colosseum. The rooms are pleasant, and the beds are comfortable, as expected. We were treated wonderfully for my son’s birthday — a lovely touch!

A stay in this beautiful hotel was offered to us by my sister and my brother-in-law, well maintained room, all the staff very friendly, welcoming and attentive!

Our stay at Belsiana House was absolutely wonderful. The location could not have been better — it was close to everything!

Wow, what a fantastic central location! I can’t say enough good things about our stay. First off, the communication was stellar—responses were lightning-fast and always helpful.
