Our favorite hotel in Rome. Nice rooms, knowledgeable and friendly staff and perfect location!

Clean and excellent services. I was impressed with how much information the receptionist gave me upon my arrival. It helped a lot with my tour of the city. The location is great. Easy access to transportation and lively areas.

They said that they have parking, breakfast and A/C but you have to pay almost 5€/p for breakfast, more than 20€ for parking and almost 10€ for the A/C. Is ugly and really small (is just one floor of a crowded building full of other non good hotels). Positive: near of Termini.

A great hotel near the transportation hub, 5-10 min to central train station and subway, airport buses and train, local buses and trams. Warm and helpful reception, great breakfasts. Lots of local eateries from quick bites to authentic Italian foods.

A short walk from Rome Termini. Comfortable room, spacious bathroom. The cleanliness could improve. The air conditioning is not included in the price and comes in the price of 5 euros. Breakfast is optional.

I loved it, the room large, clean. It is close to Termini station, it is a picturesque place as a trade.

Conveniently located near the train and bus station, correct bedding, clean and spacious room. Attention to the street noise… quies balls recommended. Elevator regularly broken down (hotel on 3rd floor). Breakfast limit. Bread butter honey and jam, slices of a type of cheese and a salami, very average food quality for our French habits. No fruit. Staff very nice but changing + + never the same people at the reception but all with a smile!

Wi-Fi is fast and stable! Breakfast is less selective, air conditioning to look at the room type, some day to five euros, this should pay special attention! Two people's room type, but the quilt only put the size of a person, forgot to put two people! So I'm going to have to talk to him separately.

The hotel is located on the 3rd floor within an old reddish palace very close to Termini station (2 minutes walk) where there are other hotels. The room we found clean and comfortable… however taking a shower was not so easy… pretty much impossible to regulate the water… either too cold or boiling! (Room 302) Little soundproof… Breakfast is served on the 5th floor… self-service. (Cost €3). The tourist tax is €3 per day.

Don't judge the book by its cover. It doesn't look like much until you get to the room or receive the friendly and helpful attention of the front desk. Good location near Termini.

Pleasantly surprised. At the hotel there is nothing missing and clean rooms. 4 out of 5 stars because the shower water either too hot or too cold.

I often go to Rome, but first I want to be sure to stay at this hotel. The availability of the staff is total. Clean and cozy rooms. Good breakfast.

Large spacious room that was cleaned daily and fresh towels. The staff in reception were very friendly and did everything they could to help.

Good place! Not expensive, very nice and helpful staff. Had nice rooms (was twice there) and will come back. Close to termini so very easy from the airport and back, also the metro. Not in the very center but I walked everywhere from the hotel. Good breakfast.

My wife and I spent 4 nights at Hotel Orlanda in late November. The location was very close to the train/bus/tram terminal (Roma Termini) The staff was friendly and helpful and the Hotel was quite nice. Margarite (? ) at the front desk was particularly helpful and went out of her way to get us reservations to a restaurant. We would love to stay there again.

It is a clean, tidy, quiet hotel, very helpful and friendly staff… I recommend it.

The Hotel was very nice and the breakfast was very good.

Good location near Termini station. Rooms are OK in size but looks little old. Elevator is small and can handle only two persons at time. People on recepcion are very kind and on your disposal everytime you need.

Cheap and near Termini Station, so it's great if you're arriving to the city late and need a place to crash one night, which was our case. We stayed in the family room. We were five people and it's comfortable enough. Clean room and bathroom, we took the breakfast that includes coffee, cereals, yogurt… Overall, nice experience.

The location is relatively easy to find and it is in a very accessible area of Rome. The room is nice and big with a big bathroom as well. They also have FREE HIGHSPEED Wi-Fi. The staff has to be the best part of all. We came in 3 hours before our room was supposed to be ready and they had us wait 15 minutes until they got our room ready for us way ahead of schedule. They are also the nicest people, they gave us a map and circled all the big attractions for us as well. Overall I highly recommend them.

This is a really good hotel. The rooms are bigger than most european hotels, the bathrooms are good, and its interesting that there are no forks to eat with here. So overall, a nice hotel to sleep in if you visit rome. Plus its in a good location, outside a train station, and the beds are amazing.

I can recommend for you. This is perfect location for somone who love walking. I was 3 times in that hotel. If you pay cash you can get best deals.

The staff alone is a reason to stay here. They are extremely friendly, eager to help, and have made our stay much more enjoyable. T F E rooms are small, but the showers are hot and everything is clean. The beds are extremely comfortable and feel like memory foam. I would definitely stay here again.

I highly recommend this hotel. It's located at the city centre with just 2 minutes away by foot from Termini station. Very friendly staffs and the room was really spacious and well maintained…

For rail travellers an ideal hotel. One enters the courtyard of the old building and continues with the ancient elevator in the floor of the hotel on the third floor is very skeptical. This is absolutely unfounded. Appealing clean reception in the Hall 2 computers for free use, tightly closing doors and large rooms. Every day change of linen, Wi-Fi — this works well, good beds, safe and very small TV device. Bathroom clean, the shower in our room very cramped. Breakfast on the 5th floor in a small breakfast room. The time must be agreed the night before. Offer sufficient. We felt especially very safe in this hotel and it was very quiet despite full occupancy.

This was my first time in Europe so I honestly didn't know what to expect. I read the decent reviews about this hotel on Trip advisor and thought it couldn't be that bad. My friend and I arrived via shuttle van from the airport to the hotel and my friend was immediately disappointed just from the outside. I was happy because the location seemed like it was in the heart of all the excitement. Upon checking in, staff were friendly and accommodating. Our room was right outside of the customer service desk which worked out very well because you had to leave your key at the front desk every time you went out. The room was a decent size with two double beds and a bathroom. It was clean and had all the basic necessities. My friend was disappointed with the room and stated it reminded her of a hostel. I kept reminding her we wouldn't be spending a lot time in the room since most of our time would be outdoors sightseeing. Our hotel was 5 minutes away from the train station and bus depot, Stazione Termini. We were about a 15 minute walk to the coliseum. There was a supermarket two blocks away and tons of restaurants and gelato shops to choose from. The location was great! The beds were comfortable and there were no TV channels in English. I ate the complimentary breakfast every morning that consisted of cereal, pastry, yogurt, fruit and coffee and it hit the spot. I mean it wasn't eggs, pancakes and grits but I made do and ate how the Romans ate while in Rome.

Nice hotel, room is ok, very pleasant staff, breakfast not the best, but good. Wi-Fi in the room for free. Hotel is best in quality/price.
