We stayed in this B&B at the end of June, the owner is a very kind and helpful person, he also recommended the places to visit and booked the guided tour of Matera according to our needs. The rooms are spacious and clean and air-conditioned. The next morning he prepared us a nice breakfast before our departure. The B&B is a stone's throw from the center and is easily accessible.
I recommend this property and if I ever return to Matera I would definitely go back there!
➜ We were guests of the structure 2 days… comfortable environment, a stone's throw from the center, you forget about the car, you can easily get to the center on foot … and then Mr. Luigi is very kind and helpful… 5 well-deserved stars.

We had a great stay at this B&B in Matera. Luigi, the owner, was polite and helpful from the very beginning. He welcomed us right on time, showed us the apartment, and even shared a map of the old town with useful tips.
The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable, and the location couldn't be better: just a 5-minute walk to the old town and all the main attractions.
Everything felt easy and well taken care of. Highly recommended if you're visiting Matera.
