House in the middle of the city but in a very quiet street a short walk from the nightlife. All clean and tidy. Very welcoming and caring owner. I recommend it to everyone.

Great room and owner very helpful. I spent in the Paris Room on my anniversary, coming from outside advised me where to park accompanying me and helped me to transport the flowers to the room. Clean room, really spacious with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, spacious bathroom and perfect shower. The owner was very friendly despite some rude people staying in other rooms and always tried to ensure maximum comfort for guests. Also in each room there is a coffee machine, brioches, snacks of all kinds, fridge bar with water and juices, kettle for tea. In the bathroom shampoo and foam bath, in addition to the classic soap. Super central place, practically close to the lookout. I had the pleasure of exchanging a few words with his wife and allowed us to check out calmly despite having to leave the room an hour before.
In short, highly recommended place, competitive prices with any other structure in the city of Matera. 5 stars are few.

I, my wife and our 14 year old daughter stayed at this delightful B&B for two nights, from 01 to 03 April 2018… what about… everything perfect! Impeccable cleanliness, kindness, helpfulness and friendliness from the owner, who also recommended us very well on the restaurants in the area. The hotel is very close to the old town and a large free parking lot. On arrival, sweet and savory delights and full minibar… and Giampaolo, a truly exquisite person, like his companion. Very good value for money.

The property is very and very hospitable, exceptional rooms equipped with all clean and well-appointed comforts, The owners Maria Rita and Giampaolo wonderful people, they made us feel like at home, they were attentive to every need we were pampered in every way.

We arrived in Matera, we found immediately at home Francesca as a second home. Environments very clean and comfortable and a warm welcome from Francesca and Giampaolo wonderful people who with their professionalism and knowledge made our stay unforgettable. I was here the first weekend in February with my partner and we were really happy. The B&B is located within a historic building. We had the room in the attic with the characteristic curved roof. The room is equipped with all comforts: comfortable double bed, air conditioner, TV, wardrobe, minibar with water and free juices, coffee maker and snacks of various kinds. The bathroom is huge and spotless. The 2 most important aspects however are: the position and the owner. The property is just a few metres from the entrance to the old Town and the Sassi, which can be reached in a few minutes. The owner then was really nice. For the duration of our stay he provided us with advice and explanations and was always helpful and considerate. The morning we left the room thanked us also giving us a piece of bread from Matera. In short, an exceptional experience.

Very friendly and clean B&B. Private bathroom, not in common, nice room. Very close to the old town and the Sassi area. Really courteous, helpful and very kind owners. Highly recommended.
