I was on a business trip for 3 days and just check out just now and could not stop submitting my review.
The whole experience was awesome.

One of the best 4 star hotel in Surabaya. The location is very strategic, near the main road in Surabaya.
Very good service, security and staff are very friendly and helpful.

I had an extraordinary experience staying here! The staff were incredibly friendly, the rooms were clean, and the lobby was spacious and pleasantly fragrant.

Overall stay experience was pleasant.
It's a revitalized hotel from the 90s located at the heart of Surabaya, only a walking distance to lively Tunjungan Walk, and the famous Tunjungan Plaza.

This hotel is perfectly located for exploring Surabaya and the staff are incredibly friendly. Ela assisted me at check in and was really helpful!

Best hotel in surabaya. I wanted to stay in Suraba6for a week, but the hotel was so good I extended my stay for 2 more weeks. Housekeeping is amazing. The room is super comfy.

Check-in was a bit confusing for me as the receptionist was a bit difficult for me to understand. She tried her best in English but it was a bit lost in translation. Room (709) was very good sized.
