Have stayed at this hotel 3 times but the last time I realized that the hotel's condition has really declined. Some people at the checking-in counter did not speak english and the nice temporary manager who did told me the hotel was bankrupt which I was not told. Had to change rooms twice, badly outdated and roaches, food limited. Hope it will be renovated soon.

It’s not a place I recommend, at any price. I paid for 4 nights from a third party site, but I’m checking out after 2 nights. The room is humid, there’s AC, but you don’t feel cool. Everything feels damp, and has a musty odor. I bought air fresheners from the store to put in my room, just so I could tolerate it. I knew I wouldn’t get a refund, which is the only reason I stayed for half the time I paid — so it wouldn’t feel like a total loss, but it still does.
The ONLY reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because I had conversation with the manager Arif, and I do believe he’s making an effort to improve the hotel, and educate his staff on providing the level of hospitality they should provide. For example: I let him know that at no point in my stay, any of the staff asked how my stay was, or if I was comfortable in my room. I would have told them. But if you don’t communicate with the guests at all, and I’m left unhappy for 2 days — I’m just going to be thinking of how miserable this place is to stay at. I’m checking out after half the time I paid for — that gives you an idea of how terrible my stay was.
