This hotel is well priced in a wonderful location in Surabaya, especially if arriving or departing by the wonderfully efficient KAI Javanese Railways. Check-in was quick and pleasant and the rooms are large, clean and comfortable. So is the hotel, it's just fading a little bit. The mall out the rear exit is very convenient and the staff are wonderful. Two odd things though. The breakfast just didn't make sense. Odd choices, chicken had a slightly metallic taste but the egg station foolproof. Not a knife to be seen in the restaurant save a butter knife. The other thing is the Business Executive Suite. The only difference is an odd room at the entry of the suite that is basically useless save for a desk and sofa. It was very good value though.

Best hotel in surabaya. I wanted to stay in Suraba6for a week, but the hotel was so good I extended my stay for 2 more weeks. Housekeeping is amazing. The room is super comfy. Most rooms come with a bathtub that is clean. All the staff have been super friendly. The hotel is within walking distance of 3 massive malls. The only downside is that the gym is worn down, and not useable. Other than that, everything was great👍

Check-in was a bit confusing for me as the receptionist was a bit difficult for me to understand. She tried her best in English but it was a bit lost in translation. Room (709) was very good sized. Do not like the carpeted floors as they are less hygienic. Bathroom was a bit cramped for the size of the room. Bed was comfortable. The closet had a light that would not turn off because the doors didn't close properly to switch the light off. Wi-Fi was average but the smart TV work well. There is free water in the hallway bit they did not refill the tanks often enough. Spa was closed due to the holidays. Overall the facilities are getting dated. By far the best aspect of this hotel is it's location.
