It was a really great time while being there. We enjoyed staying there as for the views and hospitality. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The food was excellent as well.

The hotel was at very nice location. The interior or and all were very unique. The main character there was the restaurant and the food there, the staffs were also very cooperative.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. The room was spacious and bed was equipped with electric warmer. Reception desk was manned by polite and smiling staff. Our stay was comfortable.

Food is Top Class, do try their special Chicken Bharta.

The hotel’s location is excellent, situated right in front of the Pelling Ropeway. The staff were extremely humble, courteous, and well-mannered.

We stayed at Retreat Crassula Ovata for 3 nights. Our room no. Was 203. Excellent view from the room itself. Excellent hospitality. Food was finger licking good.

Our stay in Pelling was absolutely memorable. The duplex room was so cozy, spacious, and beautifully done, it felt worth every penny.

The rooms were clean and peaceful. The view from the window was amazing it was very nice to stay there and enjoy it. The restaurant is fabulous and the food was top notch. Very delicious.

Very beautiful location, good staff but very very old property. Heritage doesn't have to be so antique that it's eerie.

Nice, quiet property. Neatly maintained. There was a huge group at the same time we stayed there for a night. They were a bit understaffed, but they managed well.

The hotel was a premium family room meant for 4 people .
But they could with difficulties provide 2 towels , 1 tea cup and 1 soap for 3 people.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to assist.

The hotel is very comfortable and has a most beautiful view. But in some rooms they don’t have exhaust fan and Bath-stools. The breakfast menu is also same for each day.

We came to Pelling not expecting much. But the beauty, the cleanliness and the simplicity of the place took us by awe. We were shown into cozy mountain view rooms with breathtaking views.

The approach road to the hotel is little bad. But the hotel is very good and nice views. Especially food was very tasty. We have reordered the food and enjoyed. Balcony had nice views.

Place is good for stay while in Pelling. Good rooms, Good Food and nice view of Kanchanjunga peaks.

My stay at Serchhu farm house was wonderful. The view of Kangchenjunga from the room was absolutely breathtaking, and the room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

A well maintained property on the lap of nature. Good behaviour of the staffs, good food indeed. Free Wi-Fi is also available.

It was wonderful experience to staying here. Top quality food, wonderful staff, comfortable stay.

Our stay at Red Cherry Hotel, Pelling was very good. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, including the washrooms. The rooms were perfect, comfortable, and neat.

The hotel is quite old, but the balcony views are absolutely stunning — a real highlight of the stay.
The breakfast and dinner were tasty and satisfying, with a good variety.

Though the room looks little old and at this price range thats not right, other services are good. Location is great. Services and stuff behavior is also very welcoming.

We had a great time at this place. While it's quite interior but once we reached the hotel and checked in we had a good experience.

The place we took was the cottage at the back. For our family of 4. It was quantity, peaceful, faced the mountains and was the best decision we made. The staff are amazing and courteous.
