DISHA SILVER PEAK Hotel

I'll say this is one of the greatest hotels among Pelling. Location is very good as well as the room was quiet large and very clean. Staffs are very polite with great services. The food was also great. It was a great experience.

Hotel is good, clean, cosy, everything is well maintained, but service is not good, kitchen service is not so good, there I no one at reception counter. That's one of the problem. Otherwise it is a good place, and we like it.

Stayed for 2D/N at the hotel during my visit to Pelling. The main entry to the hotel reception is very inconvenient (see the photos). Our room was 403, on the topmost floor and unfortunately they do not have a lift which is a major drawback. The room was clean and spacious and has a balcony with an excellent view of the mountains. The bedsheets were stained and the towels they provide doesnt look very clean (though usable). They have provided an electric kettle, but no milk powder/tea/sugar for making tea of our own. The toilet is also spacious with good fittings and has geyser, but the toilet drain is positioned near the door entry, so all the water after bath/shower will come towards the door side. Since our room was on the top floor, the tap water flow was very less and so we had to call the hotel service. The response from the guy whom we talked to was not amateurish. However on our insistence 2 guys were sent to our room. They entered our room/bathroom wearing their chappals and thus the floor of our rooms got very dirty. The taste of the food is good, but not much variety. Overall, I felt the hotel was very much average and the people there should learn more about guest service and hospitality. One needs to take into account their budget and stay requirement to choose this hotel.

A nice stay overall. It's a new hotel so there may be some issues but the staff solves it quickly enough. Sushma is really friendly and helpful. The food they serve is excellent. Really happy with it all. Must recommend. 👌🏼👍🏼🙏🏼🥰

Rooms are spacious and have large balconies. You can get a clear view of Kanchenjunga from the balconies. Staff is polite and hospitable. Safe for family and even if you are travelling solo. I recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at Disha Silver Peak Hotel. Pelling. We booked 3 rooms there. All the rooms were clean and spacious. The food was excellent. The view from the rooms — especially that of Mt. Kanchenjunga, was mesmerising. The staff made sure were that we were comfortable and well taken care of. I would like to extend a special thanks to the reservation team, who assisted us in every way possible right from the time we got in touch with them for the bookings. We shall surely recommend this hotel to others.

Recently visited Pelling and stayed in Disha Silver Peak. Extremely impressed by the service. The owner is extremely helpful. Hotel staffs are very humble. Rooms are very well maintained. They have really beautiful mountain view rooms. Food quality is also really good. Highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to stay in Pelling.

The service at the hotel was exceptional, marked by the staff’s remarkable friendliness and helpfulness. In particular, the behavior of the staff stood out positively. The hotel owner and manager displayed a commendable level of cooperation and assistance. The culinary offerings were not only delicious but also provided excellent value for money. The view added to the experience, with the majestic Kanchenjunga visible on clear days, enhancing the hotel’s charm. The rooms were generously sized, offering all the essential amenities, all the while ensuring that cleanliness was upheld to the highest standard.

The Hotel appears to be recently renovated, nice clean, hygiene and Family friendly. We were given special rooms on request with on having the street view and peak of mount Kanchenjunga. Rooms were spacious, new linen, helpful staff and owner himself. We were provided with customized economical paid homely food options. Grocery stores were in walkable distance. Parking is a bit tricky and as it is same with most of the hotel in this region.
In short highly recommended property for family.

We visited this hotel on Mar 2024. Recently constructed hotel, situated in Lower pelling. The rooms are spacious and clean. The food served was very tasty and of Good quality. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Due to the weather we couldn't view Kanchenjunga but their rooms do give a beautiful view of the valleys. It's a short walk away from the ATM, and other shops. Recommended for staying with Family.

Excellent scenic beauty of Kanchenjunga's ice-cladded peak visible from balcony. Enjoyed the quiet and peaceful ambience a lot. Well-maintained and brand new washroom equipments. Room service great and support staffs are co-operative and polite. Local trips were arranged by hotel management at a reasonable rate. Food quality was good. Kids can easily roam, as the room was spacious and they were safe in and around as well. Planning to stay again in the same hotel in next puja vacation with few more relatives.
