The rooms were clean and peaceful. The view from the window was amazing it was very nice to stay there and enjoy it. The restaurant is fabulous and the food was top notch. Very delicious. Will visit again 100% recommendation. Special thanks to Miss Anisha Rai from resturant, she is very polite and helpful, always smiling.

No doubt it is good and beautiful stay, It has mesmerizing view of Mt. Kanchenjunga. Food is top notch! The rooms were clean and neat, but due to some issue there was no hot water though they had centralized geyser not sure if only our room faced that issue. We had to use only ice cold water as there was no quick fix to this. Could say the experience wasn't smooth or pleasent due to this. But it can be bettered. However, the staff was really nice, also the restaurant staff were such a cutiess, so polite and friendly. ;)

One of the best dinner food I have ever tried in sikkim. I stay here in sikkim more than a week in different different location and hotel but I did not get best food taste like udaan hotel pelling. Specially I want to give credit to udaan hotel chef's. Moreover, I remember I forgot to take desert after my dinner. One of the serving staff at restaurant remember that I ordered that but I forgot to take it. He came to our room and give it to inroom dinning.
Really appreciated. Thankful to all of staff member.

I've been staying at this gem in Pelling for the last two days, and let me tell you, it's been an absolute delight and totally worth every second!
The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and super comfortable, with stunning views that make waking up feel like a treat. But the food? Oh wow it's next level! From delicious local Sikkimese dishes to fresh, flavorful continental options, every meal has been a highlight, served with such care.
Hospitality and the staff is very good, and always going the extra mile to make you feel right at home. Nothing feels rushed or impersonal here.
Hands down, it's a perfect 5 out of 5 for me.

I would love to come back to this property again. The staff and service is amazing. They are very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are very clean and tidy. The view is mesmerising. Although they only serve vegetarian food, the taste is amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

I came here to celebrate my new year was in Gangtok and wanted to visit pelling and found this hotel this food the people here the best in whole Sikkim in my 8 days trip.
If I could know about this place before would have stayed here for long.
I enjoyed the taste of food I loved the behaviour of the staff I loved the taste of dinner and you will get really service better than 5 star hotel here the ambiance the aura of the place. I swear I thanked to God that thank you for sending us here we are from Delhi and this food here is seriously yummmmmmmmm Delhi people are fond of food and quality and that I got here don’t miss this place. Me and my husband was always asked by the staff of all the helps and the service is superbbbbbb I loved it that’s why can’t stop myself from sharing my thoughts. Today is 6th January and I landed on 30th but this place am experiencing from 5th Jan and is the best want to stay more and more here thanx Anisha and Joshna for such a wonderful service and such a friendly behaviour❤️❤️❤️🫶🫶

Everything was great. Just a note for other tourists: there are two types of premium rooms — one overlooking the valley and Kanchanjunga and other ones are on the side (you'll have the partial view of valley and Kanchanjunga will not be visible).
Service was brilliant and staff is well trained.
Heater/bonfire could also be provided.

Our stay of two days here was absolutely fantastic. The rooms are mind blowing, spacious, comfortable, and the view of Kanchenjunga right from the window are just mesmirising. What really stood out, though, was the service. Everyone from the front desk team to the restaurant staff was so kind and warm, making us feel completely at home. A true gem in Pelling. Highly recommended.

The staff is good, the rooms are clean and cosy, especially their premiums which gives the kanchenjunga mountains view. The food is awesome and staff in the restaurant are very polite and helpful. And network is also good, which allows to access phone's internet and be connected with our loved ones. Close to market but not at a crowded area.
Overall an awesome place to stay and explore. And I'm thankful to all the staff especially Anisha. All the staff members are very polite.

We stayed at Udaan PineCrest, Pelling for two nights in a Premium View Room, and our experience was truly wonderful. The view of Kanchenjunga from the room was absolutely breathtaking and unforgettable. The pure vegetarian food served at the hotel was authentic and exceptional—unlike anything we had tasted before.
A special mention goes to Siddhant from the front office, who supported us throughout our stay and ensured everything was comfortable and seamless. His hospitality and helpful nature made our experience even more memorable. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Pelling.
