BluBen Alpine

We stayed from 7th March 2025 to 10th March 2025. This was our second stay in this hotel.
As usual, the staff, the rooms and the food were top notch. Special thanks to Mr Sudan Chettry, the owner of the hotel for airport transfer, local sightseeing, transport and hotel booking to Gangtok and Darjeeling from Pelling.
We will stay at this hotel whenever we come to Pelling.
Much recommended!

Rooms are good for 2person, will be congested for 3 adult. Rooms and bathrooms are clean well maintained.
Room service is very good.
Foods are also good and different option also available in breakfast and dinner.
Kanchenjunga view is awsome from hotel room or from balcony.
Best view from 3rd floor. You will get a well friendly behavior from Ritika, Maya.

Once in every year Me and My 3 Friends Travel to Mountain Cities and This time we choose Pelling as our Destination. I have to mention that this trip was one of our best trips because of the Nature surrounding location and the best Hospitality that we have received from the Blue Ben Alpine. Each and Every Individual staffs were cordial, well behaved and very polite to their guest. And the Room of this hotel is best of all, it's spacious and you Literally can See Full Range of Kangchenjunga from your Bed (if the sky is clear :) ). The Place, The Hospitality & The View make this hotel a Complete 3 Star hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at here, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel's ambiance was both luxurious and welcoming, creating a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a seamless stay, always greeting guests with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to help with any requests.
The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, with all the modern amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail in the room decor made it feel like a true retreat.
One of the highlights was the dining experience. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu with dishes that were both delicious and presented with care. Breakfast was a particular standout, with a wide variety of options to suit every palate.
The hotel's location was also perfect, conveniently situated near local attractions, yet still maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. The added amenities, such as the pool, fitness center, and spa, only enhanced the overall experience.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay, whether for business or leisure. I can't wait to return!

Blueben Alpine has two good things.
1. Location — the premium rooms at the top floors woth balcony gives excellent view just from inside the bedroom.
2. Quality of food — good. I'd not say excellent but relatively good taste and quality.
But what they lack is a sense of true hospitality of the staff.
1. Rooms are not well maintained. The premium room with excellent view had MOULDS! Inside the bathroom and also on the bed mattress. We suffered from respiratory distress, watery eyes, cough, sneezing and mild fever (stayed for two nights). The MOULDS could be seen at the base of comode. This is unacceptable for a room which is rented at 2500Rs per day without any meal.
2. The manager neither has any training in hospitality, nor has any basic humanitarian sense of serving tourists. After a 9 hrs long, bone breaking, hectic journey when we reached the hotel reception, even before assigning rooms she started sharing the tariff for buffet and was actually pushing us for it. We told her that we were too tired to discuss it right away and would rather go to the room to freshen up, drink some water and sit for 10 minutes. Later we managed to order for room service which was cheaper. (Non beg buffet was 450Rs per person). Every time she tried to push us to opt for buffet.
3. The service boy was rude enough to show disgust through his body language because he had to serve water to the 4th floor where the "premium rooms" were.
We stayed for 3 days.

My family and I had holidayed in Sikkim in the summer vacation. We had visited various spots of pelling, east Sikkim (nathu la…). For stay we had to select a hotel in upper pelling. So we got the contact no of this hotel from YouTube and made necessary procedings for booking. With the picturesque scenes the room was absolutely clean, which a tourist desires. Their hospitality was very much appreciable. The behaviour of the staff was nice and they were very soft spoken. The food served was warm and home like. I would specially request you to stay in this hotel. I can guarantee staying here would be a day which would be sculpted in your memory forever…

Stayed for Nights from 03/06/24 To 04/06/24
1. Deluxe View rooms have excellent view of the Kanchanjunga Mountains & valley from the room window/Balcony.
2. Service by staff is Excellent.
3. Neat & clean rooms. Hot water available 24 hrs.
4. Hotel is in peace & serene surroundings.
5. Breakfast spread is limited but quality is good.
6. Dinner was good.

7. Hotel is at great Location, go for it without any hesitation.

Hotel was good, decent and comfortable. They had bed warmer which was very useful. All staffs were very nice, polite and helpful.

Limited menu for breakfast (bread toast, panner Paratha and beverages) but tasted good and satisfying. Nice view from the balcony. No lift available, my wife with knee problem had difficulty climbing the stairs.

A very beautiful hotel at a great location in upper Pelling. Just near to the main Pelling market. The manager is a kind and decent guy and we even got a upgrade because of availability free of cost. The food was great and their service was amazing. The bed was very comfy and the geyser and TV and other amenities made sure that even when you're back from excursion, you can relax and unwind. And the view based on the photos I've seen of other people is great too, we weren't lucky enough to get the view due to some rain and heavy fog, but if and when I visit Pelling again, Hotel BlueBen Alpine is a must stay place for me!

Rooms are very nice, pretty clean and spacious. Location is very good as you get a good view from the balcony, sitting arrangement is there so you can also enjoy morning/evening coffee. Preferably book room with balcony if you can as those are the best rooms. Food was just the way we like it non-spicy but tasty. Though service was a little slow. Staff is very friendly and well behaved. Would book with them again if we visit pelling.

We stayed at the hotel on 4th and 5th march, 2024. We took a premium double room and a premium family room. Rooms are very big and spacious with a little balcony. Kanchanjangha was seen from the bed. The hotel owner is a very nice and polite person, but the manager is very rude. He doesn’t know how to behave with the guest. However, Other stuffs of the hotel are good. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Hotel is nice, rooms are good, spacious. They have a quiet a long corridor and two balconies in both side end of the corridor. Sitting arrangement is there also. View of kanchenjangha is awesome from the balcony. If you take a hill view room then you can see it from the room window. Sevice is very poor specially in the dining area where you have to wait for a long for the food. The tall, slim, fair reception guy (don't know the name) will behave like a warden with you. He has the "do's and don'ts" list ready for you all the time. For a example, if you take food from outside they will never cooperate with you by giving 1 spoon but will give you warning that if there is any stain of food in the bedsheets, you have to pay extra for that!
