The Ace Pine Valley

Pine Valley in Upper Pelling offers a secluded retreat just a 2 minute walk from the main bazaar. The view from the hotel was majestic. You can view the Kanchanjunga range from the hotel balcony. The food they offer was good and tasty. The service they offered was great. Recommended to stay at the hotel.

I had a great stay at "Hotel pine valley" The overall ambiance was welcoming, and the staff was polite and attentive. My room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities provided. The food was delicious, especially fried rice and chicken. One thing that stood out was "the good behaviour of all the staffs. But, I faced a little bit of problem with the Wi-Fi connection.
Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I’d definitely consider staying here again. A solid 4-star experience! "

Service is not satisfactory. There was 18hrs (19:30 to 13:30hrs) power outage with no backup. Phone battery almost discharged and we could not charge our phones. No warm water provided during power outage during this extreme cold of December. Geysers are outdated and it takes almost half an hour to warm up the water. Charges taken as Per Head Per Day basis and facilities given is poor. According to the owner, this is a common factor in Pelling and no other hotels have backup. We have taken feedback from local people and other people who visited Pelling before and they told a different story. Upon raising our problem owner was adamant enough to tell us to raise our complaints with local PS and to check out if we could not adjust.
