Hotel Garuda

The hotel is at excellent location at zero point upper peling. The rooms a huge, spacious and cozy. It's not the most asthetic hotel out here, but the price, hospitality and ammeties are 5 star. I highly recommend checking this property. Madam Sumitra the owner, DonHang and Prem the helps will make your stay wonderful.

This hotel has good lounge with traditional ambience and decoration, rooms are good with great mountain range view from windows and balcony and in this hotel there have rooms with unique name. Recommend this hotel for a good memory on trip.

Just excellent. If the sky is clear, you will have the most breathtaking view from your room and balcony. The food is nice too, freshly cooked and delicious.

Absolutely loved the stay at this hotel. Amazing rooms. Amazing views. We saw Kanchenjunga from the window of our room! Wonderful hospitality and great ambiance. There is a guitar to play and books to read as well. The food there is also delicious!

Great location. Had a picturesque view of Kanchunjanga from the Hotel rooms. Small shops/restaurants are available near the Hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staffs were polite & energetic. Food pricing was reasonable. Over all had a nice stay.

Location is very good also services very nice and you can see here the museum very very polite owner. Here restaurant is also available fire is also available and this is the very centre of the pelling Town. From this hotel you can easily taxi available for the sightseeing you can enjoy terraces balcony from this hotel seeing the photographs.

At the Pelling main road. Good view of snowy mountains from windows. Near by many shops. Food is homely and tasty.
Food preparation they take pretty long time. If you are hungry then better to go out and have.
Gyeser they will switch off from outside at night. That's quite difficult bcz in the morning we need hot water for all purposes.
Then I found some switches outside door where one switch was off. I switched it on and then geyser start working.

Recently stayed in Hotel Garuda. Good stay with good service and food. Great view from the window.

It is a budget hotel. Room are spacious. Manager is very helpful and can give good advices. Very good view from common balcony. I recommend a little more price room with mountains view and it is more quiet. Good Wi-Fi.

Set opposite the main taxi rank this hotel is run by a welcoming family. Some English spoken. Great views. Firm bed and comfortable pillow. Good hot shower. Good breakfast (cost). We left our rucksacks while doing the monastery trail.

I stayed there at Oct 24 for one day. Room was good and property was at a good location. At the upper floors clear view of kanchanjangha is visible. It is one of the foremost hotels of pelling, does feels like a heritage building with wooden finish and books at the lobby.
What I like most about this hotel is their support staffs. The kids were very sweet and ready to cater our any needs with smiling faces. Looking forward to visiting them again.

Nice place. Polite staffs. Rooms were nice. Guess one of the oldest hotels from 1989. Rooms were spacious too.
