Worst stay.
We booked it for 2 days but had to check out in 1 day itself.
Rooms are very very very bad. No support from staff.
No heater in room.
Windows have developed cracks from which chill air passes in and out.
Room give the vibes of some horror movies.
Breakfast is decent.
Overall Horrible experience!
This property is Spoiling Summit Hotels name and fame.
Either renovate or stop taking bookings.
It is an old property which is not maintained well at all.
For service, if I could give negative I would have rated it negative. It has been the worst experience ever. They do not have enough people to cater to basic needs. There was an electricity issue at night, no generator was switched on and for almost 3-4 hrs there was no electricity at night which made difficult to sleep n use washroom in dark. There is no response from the staff. For everything asked, they only one reply i. E. No. We had to wait for hrs for table cleaning while having breakfast. In all worst hospitality service experience ever.
