Had a great and comfortable stay at Pine Crest. The rooms were clean and spacious and offered an amazing view of Kanchenjunga peaks. The restaurant had a good variety of food options and the meals were delicious. They also accommodated customization requests for kids food. Anisha and other staff members were friendly. Overall, a good stay.

​We had an absolutely wonderful family stay at Udaan Pine Crest. The highlight has to be the view—if you book the Premium Mountain View room, waking up at 5:00 AM to see a clear, uninterrupted view of the Kanchenjunga range right from the window is completely magical! Unfortunately, we could see partial view as it was foggy.
​The hotel is a pure-vegetarian property, and the food quality at the restaurant was exceptional with a really good breakfast spread. The staff is very cooperative and listen to you. The rooms are clean, modern, and spacious. A special shoutout to the front desk and kitchen staff who were incredibly courteous and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for families visiting Pelling!

Udaan Pine Crest has an old age charm to it. The room, though on the smaller side, is cozy and well furnished. The restaurant gives a great view to Kangchenjunga on clear days and you start feeling blessed to be treated to such a great view. The food spread is not very elaborate, but adequate to provide you with the satisfaction of having had a good meal.

Udaan pine crest is one of the best hotels in Pelling. The property is little old but it has its own charm. We stayed there for two nights. The room was just enough. And the view was worth millions. We could see the clear view of Kanchanjunga from the room window. The staff was very cordial and prompt to respond. The welcome tea was bliss. The food was pure veg and very good. Anything you want it will be on your table in minutes. Absolutely worth the effort and money. The transport provided by Udaan was also very comfortable and clean. For us the Nishan was our driver and he was very friendly. He planned the sight seeing so well so that we can complete all the spots on time. Overall the experience with Udaan was surprisingly wonderful.

Our stay at this hotel turned out to be extremely disappointing and frustrating right from the beginning. As soon as we entered the room, we noticed that the telephone line was not working. Instead of being able to settle down and relax, we had to spend nearly an hour waiting for the issue to be repaired. After a long and exhausting 7-hour bike ride, this was the last thing we expected. We were already physically tired and simply wanted to rest, but the inconvenience wasted our valuable time and added unnecessary stress.
Understanding the inconvenience caused, we politely requested either a room change or at least a room upgrade. However, the staff refused to accommodate our request without providing any proper justification. There was no sense of hospitality or willingness to help, which was very disappointing.
The situation became even worse when we tried to freshen up. After riding for several hours, we were looking forward to taking a hot shower to relax. Shockingly, there was no hot water available in the room. This is a very basic facility that any decent hotel should provide, especially considering the amount they charge. Due to the unavailability of hot water, we had no option but to simply wash our faces and adjust.
To make matters even more unacceptable, one of the staff members handed us a drinking water bottle that had a strong chemical smell. Drinking water is a basic necessity, and such negligence raises serious concerns about hygiene and safety standards.

Our stay in Pelling was absolutely memorable. The duplex room was so cozy, spacious, and beautifully done, it felt worth every penny. The highlight was definitely the mesmerizing Kanchenjunga view from the room balcony, waking up to that view felt unreal. The food deserves a special mention—pure heaven for vegetarians, with so many delicious options and amazing taste. Overall, the stay felt comfortable, peaceful, and truly special. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Pelling.

The rooms were clean and peaceful. The view from the window was amazing it was very nice to stay there and enjoy it. The restaurant is fabulous and the food was top notch. Very delicious. No doubt it is good and beautiful stay, It has mesmerizing view of Mt. Kanchenjunga. Food is top notch! The rooms were clean and neat, but due to some issue there was no hot water though they had centralized geyser not sure if only our room faced that issue. We had to use only ice cold water as there was no quick fix to this. Could say the experience wasn't smooth or pleasent due to this. But it can be bettered. However, the staff was really nice, also the restaurant staff were such a cutiess, so polite and friendly. ;)

One of the best dinner food I have ever tried in sikkim. I stay here in sikkim more than a week in different different location and hotel but I did not get best food taste like udaan hotel pelling. Specially I want to give credit to udaan hotel chef's. Moreover, I remember I forgot to take desert after my dinner. One of the serving staff at restaurant remember that I ordered that but I forgot to take it. He came to our room and give it to inroom dinning.
Really appreciated. Thankful to all of staff member.

I've been staying at this gem in Pelling for the last two days, and let me tell you, it's been an absolute delight and totally worth every second!
The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and super comfortable, with stunning views that make waking up feel like a treat. But the food? Oh wow it's next level! From delicious local Sikkimese dishes to fresh, flavorful continental options, every meal has been a highlight, served with such care.
Hospitality and the staff is very good, and always going the extra mile to make you feel right at home. Nothing feels rushed or impersonal here.
Hands down, it's a perfect 5 out of 5 for me.

I would love to come back to this property again. The staff and service is amazing. They are very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are very clean and tidy. The view is mesmerising. Although they only serve vegetarian food, the taste is amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

I came here to celebrate my new year was in Gangtok and wanted to visit pelling and found this hotel this food the people here the best in whole Sikkim in my 8 days trip.
If I could know about this place before would have stayed here for long.
I enjoyed the taste of food I loved the behaviour of the staff I loved the taste of dinner and you will get really service better than 5 star hotel here the ambiance the aura of the place. I swear I thanked to God that thank you for sending us here we are from Delhi and this food here is seriously yummmmmmmmm Delhi people are fond of food and quality and that I got here don’t miss this place. Me and my husband was always asked by the staff of all the helps and the service is superbbbbbb I loved it that’s why can’t stop myself from sharing my thoughts. Today is 6th January and I landed on 30th but this place am experiencing from 5th Jan and is the best want to stay more and more here thanx Anisha and Joshna for such a wonderful service and such a friendly behaviour❤️❤️❤️🫶🫶

Everything was great. Just a note for other tourists: there are two types of premium rooms — one overlooking the valley and Kanchanjunga and other ones are on the side (you'll have the partial view of valley and Kanchanjunga will not be visible).
Service was brilliant and staff is well trained.
Heater/bonfire could also be provided.

Our stay of two days here was absolutely fantastic. The rooms are mind blowing, spacious, comfortable, and the view of Kanchenjunga right from the window are just mesmirising. What really stood out, though, was the service. Everyone from the front desk team to the restaurant staff was so kind and warm, making us feel completely at home. A true gem in Pelling. Highly recommended.

The staff is good, the rooms are clean and cosy, especially their premiums which gives the kanchenjunga mountains view. The food is awesome and staff in the restaurant are very polite and helpful. And network is also good, which allows to access phone's internet and be connected with our loved ones. Close to market but not at a crowded area.
Overall an awesome place to stay and explore. And I'm thankful to all the staff especially Anisha. All the staff members are very polite.

We stayed at Udaan PineCrest, Pelling for two nights in a Premium View Room, and our experience was truly wonderful. The view of Kanchenjunga from the room was absolutely breathtaking and unforgettable. The pure vegetarian food served at the hotel was authentic and exceptional—unlike anything we had tasted before.
A special mention goes to Siddhant from the front office, who supported us throughout our stay and ensured everything was comfortable and seamless. His hospitality and helpful nature made our experience even more memorable. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Pelling.

Room Stay is amazing and.
Location view is excellent. Yu can get kanchanjunga view. And its almost at peak of pelling. Morning and evening view is awstunning.
Food is yumm. Breakfast is having almost everything and it is healthy. Hospitality is amazimg.
Value for money paid.
Cleanliness is there. Silence,. Its in meditative state.
