Peten hotels with breakfast

As part of our trip around Guatemala, this hotel was a highlight.
The rooms are clean and well air conditioned. Staff is extremely friendly — especially Elmer, our breakfast waiter.

Fabulous location, with our room actually over the lagoon. Extremely private setting. Great nature viewing from our back deck as well as the path outside our door.

Awesome! Perfect place to stay a few nights. Just 45 mins to Tikal, if you want to Visit.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Having breakfast and dinner included was a great touch, and the food was surprisingly good given it’s included.

Showed up on the island with no plans. Bus was supposed to arrive at 4pm, but ended up being 7pm. Had a little trouble finding a hostel or hotel to house me, wife, and one other friend.

We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Tikal and the surrounding area. The rooms are clean, breakfast is included, and the staff is delightful and very helpful.

We stayed at this hotel for five days last week with our family, and it was a great experience overall.

The hotel is nice. The location is good as it is in the heart of Flores. However for Tikal, I’d recommend to stay in Tikal rather than Flores, as the drive is more than one hour.

We did not stay here, but came to meet our shuttle to Tikal. We ate breakfast at the restaurant while we waited, which was delicious.

After having visited and stayed in numerous hotels in Guatemala, this has by far been the best experience.

This was another really good hotel from the "Hotel Villa" series of hotels in Guatemala. It has some really good aspects, particularly the dining areas looking over the lagoon.

We loved this place! A real treat for New Years.
The hotel is amazing and secluded with beautiful lake views (look out for Juancho the crocodile).
The pools are perfect and kept super clean.

We loved our time here so much. It’s a bit like living in a jungle tree house, with beautiful views of the lake. My niece and nephew (4 & 6) loved the little pool to play in and cool down.

Exceptional place. We’ve spent Christmas Eve there and guys were absolutely amazing! The garden and terrace were a place where you would love to spend the whole time.

OK, if you want a tranquil location with great hosts, watching the Belize world go by you cannot go wrong here.

I didnt stay here but ate the best fresh fried fish — " pescado Blanco "in Guatemala and the fries were devine, Uber was our waiter and he was friendly and attentive, great food and placexto stop by

I absolutely recommend this hotel. Staff is super friendly, hotel is beautiful and rooms are clean. Location is much quieter than Flores yet near enough of everything.

Large, clean rooms around a central courtyard. Comfy beds with high quality bedding/linens. Air con worked well, or you can rely on the ceiling fan. Didn't really need either at night in November.

Wonderful. We loved it. Private area on a great lake. We toured Tikal and then came back and swam until late after noon. Shoreline was great and with kayaks and lounge chair at the ready.

We booked the balcony room for 2 nights. It's beautiful. 2 large beds, ensuite and a cute balcony overlooking the street below and the lake over rooftops opposite.

Casa Ramona has stylish decor, massive rooms, and a great breakfast. The staff is very warm and welcoming, location is perfect. I wish I stayed there for my whole visit to Flores.

First time staying in Hotel La Casona del Lago great area near the airport, Flores and Tikal.

This location has a pristine look and overlooks the lake. It is very minimalistic and facilitates conferences and business persons. The spacious rooms and restaurant makes you feel free of clutter.

Great price, clean rooms, awesome staff and central location. You can’t ask for more. The owner, Carlos is a very nice person and makes sure the guests feel comfortable.

Perfect location directly facing the lagoon and close to the pick-up point for the tours. I also want to mention especially the phantastic staff at the reception namely Mrs Gladys.

If you are visiting, Tikal or Flores or just want to go to the lake Peten Itza this is a great spot!

Adra Peten was more like a mini resort than a hostel! The shaded lakeside dock was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the restaurant.

We booked through Airbnb and even we didn't have pits, pans etc we had an amazing stay!

Hotel Casona de la Isla in Flores was a charming place to stay. The best part is definitely the location, is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and right by the lake.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. They offer a trip to the Tikal for 223 Q. With a guide. They provide a small sandwich with 2 candies, a cookie, and a banana. No water, no coffee.

Just at the entrance of Isla Flores. Spacious rooms, With AC. Just infront of the lake beside are locals that sell food.

Lovely hostel with lovely staff who went above and beyond for us. The air conditioning is really good in the rooms and there is a hot water which is hard to find in hostels in Central America.

Great memories from this place. Price is very reasonable for what you get. Comfortable big beds and everything very clean.

A good place for the price. Excellent location due that they have parking. There is no parking in the island of Flores. Easy access to Flores. A 5 min walk across the bridge.

Great location—just Dodge Tuk Tuks to get across the bridge to the island, or if you’re feeling fancy, Burger King and the mall are right beside it (royalty and retail therapy in one go).

Moya was the most attentive, helpful, welcoming and friendly host you will ever meet. She couldn't do enough to help; laundry, tours, taxis, onward travel, local knowledge, fresh eggs from her farm!
