Flores Hotels

As part of our trip around Guatemala, this hotel was a highlight.
The rooms are clean and well air conditioned. Staff is extremely friendly — especially Elmer, our breakfast waiter.

Fabulous location, with our room actually over the lagoon. Extremely private setting. Great nature viewing from our back deck as well as the path outside our door.

Very good restaurant located ideally on the lake shore. Atmosphere is relaxed and service is very good. I'd recommend this place for an afternoon snack and/or dinner.

Showed up on the island with no plans. Bus was supposed to arrive at 4pm, but ended up being 7pm. Had a little trouble finding a hostel or hotel to house me, wife, and one other friend.

The hotel is nice. The location is good as it is in the heart of Flores. However for Tikal, I’d recommend to stay in Tikal rather than Flores, as the drive is more than one hour.

We did not stay here, but came to meet our shuttle to Tikal. We ate breakfast at the restaurant while we waited, which was delicious.

This is a good option in Flores.

I loved this place! I stayed in the AC King Room, and it felt beyond luxury after being in Guatemala for a couple weeks. Having the restaurant downstairs is such an added bonus!

My congratulations to acienda san Vicente as it is an excellent place to enjoy a good atmosphere) and good service for. To be able to relax a little and very good attention.

The service. Food. Everything! 100%

Hotel staff was awesome, beautiful and peaceful location. Cabina was comfortable and had a great view of the lake.

Wonderful hotel with a beautiful view. The people working there are super kind and helpful.

We went here for drinks while doing a kayaking tour. For that reason, I'd certainly recommend this place. It is easy to dock the kayaks and there is ample space in the restaurant.

The best service I've ever encountered at any hotel.
The room is beautiful, food excellent very nice staff.
Defenetly will come back if will be in the area.

This hostel is great! It was a welcome change from other more ‘backpacking’ hostels in that it felt more like a hotel with the facilities and service.

The contact for arrival from the hostel was smooth ever since booking. I arrived on the Island of Flores and contacted the hostel and the boat came within 20 minutes of contacting and arriving.

Great price, clean rooms, awesome staff and central location. You can’t ask for more. The owner, Carlos is a very nice person and makes sure the guests feel comfortable.

Perfect location directly facing the lagoon and close to the pick-up point for the tours. I also want to mention especially the phantastic staff at the reception namely Mrs Gladys.

We booked the balcony room for 2 nights. It's beautiful. 2 large beds, ensuite and a cute balcony overlooking the street below and the lake over rooftops opposite.

Casa Ramona has stylish decor, massive rooms, and a great breakfast. The staff is very warm and welcoming, location is perfect. I wish I stayed there for my whole visit to Flores.

Great hotel with a amazing view and a good pool area. Apartment is almost on the street, so a lot of noise.

Arrival: we were dropped off at the Flores side of the bridge as our car was not allowed around the small streets. 5 minute walk to the hotel. Nice welcome.

I have a great night at this hotel I recommend this place to any one, very clean and the food is great I stay here at this hotel very quality time.

It is in a central place away from the buya of nightclubs,

Perfect hotel with great value for money. We stayed only one night due to our itinerary but I could have happily stayed longer.

Mimi and Brenda were so nice and treated me very well.

Lovely hostel with lovely staff who went above and beyond for us. The air conditioning is really good in the rooms and there is a hot water which is hard to find in hostels in Central America.

Great memories from this place. Price is very reasonable for what you get. Comfortable big beds and everything very clean.

Budget hotel, generally good value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room, basic but comfortable. Some early morning noise from the staff, and the bathroom/toilet is quite narrow.

ROOM — large, king-size bed room with double aspect windows and balcony with panoramic view of lake with gorgeous sunset, air con, shelves / hanging space, shower/ bath ensuite, TV, fridge.

Great A/C, comfy beds and pillows, would have been a 5 star review but they are sneaky with their Lancha service pricing.

We accidentally booked the wrong time but the man from the reception was super nice and offered us the same room for the same price that night. He was very helpful!

Comfortable hotel, very well located in the busiest part of Flores. Simple but adequate rooms.

The hotel is perfectly located to the islands layout. Maybe a bit to perfect because there is a busy street outside and lot of loud music from the nearby restaurant, bars.

Just at the entrance of Isla Flores. Spacious rooms, With AC. Just infront of the lake beside are locals that sell food.

Great spot in Flores. Across the road from the lake. Has a small pool. Window coverings did not work in our room. Felt safe. Waterfront bars go late — 3 am at least.

Freshly renovated hotel with small but decent rooms. Small swimming pool. Nice terraces in each floor overlooking the lake — especially attractive during sunset hours. Everything clean and nice.

Fine! Clean room with roomservice and coffee and toast available. Sometimes a bit noisy and no window, but kind people!

Loved this hotel! We stayed one night, our room was clean, cool and comfortable. In the morning you are provided some free breakfast to make toast and coffee. The hotel staff are lovely!

The Hotel Ramada is a great gateway to everything Peten has to offer. It has a centric location to make trips to all the Mayan ruins and natural attractions. The best part of the hotel is the staff.

Great place to stay on Flores Island. Rooms are certainly budget rooms but it was clean.

They do printing service there, we printed a few documents for our transfer to Belize for 2 quetzales a paper.

I stayed here for two nights in a third-floor room facing the street. The room was very clean, had two beds, a private bathroom, and hot water (which needed to be turned on).

We ate at the restaurant and café. Both were lovely and the staff were very understanding that one of my group didn't feel well. They let us stay for hours.

I found this hotel very accomodating, I was able to check in very early (6am) for a small and very reasonable extra charge, I also booked a trip to Tikal through the hotel.

My partner and I booked the Ankaa Hostel through AirBnB. We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms and shared space are very clean and aesthetic. The location is quiet — perfect for couples.

Our stay at Ankaa truly exceeded our expectations. We loved the décor, the space is not only beautiful but also spotless.
