Hotels in Guatemala with a Pool

Very nice hotel. The staff were so kind and helpful. They organized an airport pickup and we arrived very late so that was very nice to have.

This beautiful hotel is in an excellent location of Guatemala City. It is an easy drive from the airport and within walking distance of excellent restaurants and fancy shopping malls.

1. They ask you to pay extra 10USD to have a high speed internet connection, if you don't pay good luck with a very slow connection.

The "Balcony" was nothing more than an enclosed patio. This was very disappointing as there was no view, and it was, in reality, very deceiving.

Great location. Vintage hotel. Elegant. Quiet. Great service. The front desk has no phones so when you are there, the staff is not interrupted. Rooms have been partially renovated.

Very nice hotel. Very well appointed rooms. Great breakfast. It is a bit far from the historic city center, but we were there only for 2 nights. It is closer to the airport, so that part worked well.

The breakfast is delicious! The staff are very helpful. The hotel is clean and well kept. It's in a great location in walking distance of great shopping and restaurants.

Very nice people, nice rooms great service. Zone 10 is safe the swimming pool is ok, very clean. It was better if it was on the roof top. The room service is fast and the quality is also nice.

I stayed here in March 2024, the hotel was under construction while I stayed here so obviously it was a bit of a mess, but it was still really nice.

Need to be near the office of migration. Room was large; king bed was too soft; bathroom good size. Food available for lunch was cafeteria style, very good, large portions and very affordable, Q40.

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet; with the bed being VERY comfortable. I loved the location, the food at Hibiscus, and the spa. The pool and the sauna were wonderful.

Best place in Amatitlan and neighborhoods. Pool. Amazing rooms. Good food at the restaurant, although a change in the menu, now and then, would be appreciated. A little crowded by families on Sundays.

Natural hot spring! The whole experience was super relaxing! Especially with the local eucalyptus leafs! So soothing!
The spas were also great and different.

Excellent service and food. A must to try the complimentary breakfast. Eat Caimito a very strange and sweet fruit very typical in Guatemala. Bed 10/10, pillows 10/10, service 10/10, deco 10/10.

Very nice centrally located hotel in Guatemala City. Close to the airport and several restaurants and the Oakland Mall (which has a great food court and several higher end restaurants).

A really nice hotel, 7 minute drive from the airport. It is in an gated neighborhood so it feels really safe.

Fantastic place to stay if you're flying in or out of Guatemala City. The host is super friendly and there are even Hummingbirds that visit the backyard in the mornings.

We were greeted with friendly security guard and receptionist. I requested to stay on high floor away from noise and foot traffic and my request was met.

I've been there a short stay, 3 nights, and the points that I would highlight is that regulating the water temperature is practically impossible.

Stacey did amazing job on a deep tissue massage! I would ask for her when you come and get yours completed! Amazing work and would recommend to anyone!

All of the staff were very nice. The room seemed clean, but the A/C was only in the bedrooms, not in the common areas. There was no hair conditioner and no DND sign to hang on the door.

Traveling from a busy schedule to a peaceful tropical area and chosen Hotel San Carlos was my best beat after all the variety, but after so many years I found my self emerged in this beautiful Hotel

The rooms were good and had a luxury feel. However, the overall service experience was very disappointing.

We stayed 1 night, ahead of our travel to Antigua. We arrived to the hotel right around check in time, taking an Uber from the nearby GUA airport. Check in, and check out was very easy.

We stayed for one night before leaving Guatemala and everything was smooth and comfortable. The check-in process was quick, the room was spacious, and checkout was effortless.

Not bad not great. Room spacious but little dated. Executive lounge is oke and breakfast was good. Location was little ride from city center.

A nice place 45 minutes drive from Guatemala City with good food and peaceful atmosphere.

Great for families (we are a pack of 6). The food is great, fresh, variety of options and tasty, and not as expensive as in other hotels in the same area.

First the hotel arranged for someone to meet me at the airport and when I exited, there was man holding hotel name and my name. Had a night flight so that was reassuring.

The attention of the people is very good, the facilities beautiful.
The menu does not change it, apart from the fact that the price for what they serve is high. They need to innovate their dishes.

Excellent to go with the family, today we went and my baby delighted walking and enjoying the outdoors, all very attentive and delicious food. We will 😊 definitely be back.

Older, dated hotel with small rooms in the historic district. They were a bit pricey for what you get but they were clean. Everyone was very helpful.
