Bad treatment of guests and their customer service is the worst.

It's an excellent hotel, a great location, super clean, super comfortable rooms and exceptional staff. Definitely the best option if you come to the capital.

Good location, close to the Airport, quiet area, there are many restaurants and bars nearby.

The room is nice. The bathroom is very subpar. Tub instead of a shower, very cheap shower curtain and rings leads to a flooded bathroom. Had a drink at the bar, and an included large tip? Really? And the bartender was slow and then shorted me on my change. And for an American chain in a foreign capital, I would expect more than two English channels out of more than one hundred.

I am checking out tomorrow, and the experience has been mediocre at best. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff friendly. The part of my stay that soured my experience, was the $40 American for two adults to have breakfast. Even when we paid for the package including breakfast, you are charged 2$ for a single cup of coffee! I found the prices to be astronomical considering we are in a third world country. I wouldn't mind paying for coffee as we did in Costa Rica, but the coffee quality was terrible unlike our last hotel in Costa Rica. Lastly the laundry prices are astronomical. $6 for a pair of yoga pants! for one single bag of laundry, it costs $120! To conclude this hotel is great, if you don't love coffee, want to have your clothes cleaned, and you don't care about being grossly overcharged for mediocre food. Safe Travels! Thomas.

It's a lousy booking system. Booking a room I cancelled my houston flight to Guatemala from so much problems that I had at that time I could not call to cancel my reservation and they imagined I was charged for the hotel night without sleep in the 123.05 $. It is inadmissible for a hotel not to know whether the guest arrived or not and added to that that it will charge him the room without having slept him.

Lack of security and issues follow up. One package got lost IN the hotel. They never gave a solution.

Super hotel in the city. Large, clean rooms, air conditioning, etc. With a great bar and restaurant on site. Super friendly and helpful staff.

I have just been in a workshop with a Mexican psychologist and this hotel and is the maximum and return again in July. Excellent service and extremely clean toilets.

Hum? Well great staff, good food and new linens. However hotel is older and there are a few issues with sanitation due to this fact. Overall it is a welcome stay. Need to remove the carpet in the rooms.

It is a great hotel with excellent food and well-equipped lounges for meetings and conferences. Their own parking is crowded soon, but they coordinate with the one in front.

One for all: you should pay for the shower gel. In this hotel you have to pay 1 USD for each small bottle of shower gel. That's ridiculous. Never heard such a thing in my life. Unbelievable.

Location and service. The room was fine good size but not window. With window 5. The rooms need new floors. Laminate isn't a good idea. Should be tile. But would stay again.

The place is beautiful but it leaves a lot to want the attention of the staff at reception, their decontrol in card programming and the misinformation that their workers handle on "new policies". I sent mail but I did not get answer.

Before I refer to the place I mean the staff as very professional and customer-oriented, I like Douglas ' positive attitude to problem solving. The rooms are comfortable, with good view, modern and clean. The photographs are level 11.

Staff was amazing! Breakfast on point! My husband and I stay for 3 weeks and everything was fabulous. Franz Estrada helped me booked my days and he was so helpful we actually got to see each other in person and talked about our stay and how pleased my husband and I were. Everything was so clean and well organized. Staff always with a nice welcome or a good morning or afternoon. Receptionist was helpful to get a taxi. Definitely coming back to this hotel when I get to go to Guatemala again Thank you Franz Estrada for everything. Thank you to all the staff.

A nice hotel with all the comfort needed for business trips. I didn't like that the breakfast was paid in the restaurant, it would have to be included within the room cost. The location is excellent.

Very nice hotel, but there's no service food service at 11 in the night.

Men in suits welcome you outside the front door. Taxi drivers you can trust wait to take you anywhere you need to go. A safe home away from home. We chose the least expensive room, but it was all we needed. Huge beds. Coffee maker in the room. Same-day laundry service is available. My wife got a great massage. Free Wi-Fi, but they were having trouble with it during much of our stay of two and a half weeks. Free shuttle service to and from the airport.

I had a great time at the Guatemala City Marriott. It had good service and comfortable beds. It was hard to find though. I booked two rooms and they were both great for me and my family. I recommend it and will go there again. I think you should visit it and everything nearby is great.

Good service in general, the Breakfast fulfill the basic needs and the GYM can have better machines. Rooms are clean and have good space. Believe or not the shampoo and the soap are great.

Do not stay at this hotel. They are very unpleasant. Woke up every morning at 6 am to very loud construction. They take advantage of foreigners every chance they get. The staff was slow and rude at reception. If you exchange money the rate is 7.35 and that is only if they have change. However if you purchase something amazingly the rate jumps to 8.15. Really don't stay here unless there is no other option.

Service and attention by the staff of the hotel is very good, however rooms have certain details, the walls allow you to listen to all kinds of sounds already Street and above all of the contiguous rooms, is not necessary to make too much noise to hear everything that happens perfectly. Those elevators takes much and in some flats not is clear where is found the stairs. The rooms seem spacious, so good, however, the laundry 'express' service requires long in advance otherwise, manage as urgent even if you advise them with 14 hours in advance and the surcharge is 50%

Very nice hotel with everything you need for your stay. Centraly located and easy access. Nearby shopping mall — 3 blocks — and many restaurants and shops around. Room are large and spacious. Bathroom a bit outdated but was fine. Also microwave, mini fridge and coffe/tea maker in room. Free Wi-Fi in rooms.

Great hotel. Abel picked me up from the airport and gave me a lovely welcome to Guatemala! Great breakfast and Wi-Fi.
