All the services they provided us were excellent.

I've stayed in 2 different ocassions and both times I had a great time. Excellent food at a reasonable price, breakfast was included, people that work there are extremely nice, the rooms are very comfortable and clean, the balcony has a great view. My experience overall was definitely the best ever. I TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL and just for the record they do have hot water ♡.

It's already the fourth time I've stayed at this hotel. Frankly well located, the hotel offers spacious, clean rooms equipped with everything you need, even for a long stay. Great breakfasts, friendly and diligent staff and excellent value for money round out the offer of this hotel that I have no hesitation in recommending.

Modern and functional, located in residential area and close to the airport. Breakfast is discreet, although subdued by hotel standard.

Strategically located in Zone 10 of Guatemala is close to everything, the suites are especially comfortable. It is ideal for business trips or pleasure.

The hotel is well in several respects, but the main one is to be able to sleep well not because the beds are very hard and I could not rest almost anything.
The breakfast included was the same every day without being able to choose anything else… Or have different options.

This is a bussiness traveler type of hotel in tje heart of "Zona Viva", it is not a full service hotel for family vacations but it does cater to the bussiness traveler and has all the required amenities for that purpose. However in this segment it is not considered the top of mind option. I have used the meeting rooms and they are ok, they lack the automation needed nowadays.

With spacious, clean, pleasant, tidy and modern facilities, the Casa Veranda Hotel is positioned among my favorites in Guatemala city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Very nice and clean. Services were excellent. Location is great all within walking distances of bars, restaurants and shopping. Beds are comfortable and room had plenty of space with a mini kitchen.

Hotel is nice. Food of the restaurant is good too. Cleanliness of the bathrooms can be improved but they are not bad. They have airport shuttle service, which is a plus. Many good restaurants around in Zona 10 of Guatemala.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff gives very good attention but two things that I find fundamental and that I was very disappointed:
1. The option of American breakfast. This creates a lot of discomfort. Staff must be aware of telling one not to eat anything from the buffet or there is an additional charge. I wanted only a fruit dish that is cheaper than American breakfast and it turns out not, you can't change the option. In the end I had to pay $7 to eat a fruit dish that was in the buffet and I didn't eat the American breakfast that if it was included in the rate?! Absurd.
2. The gym: treadmills are a physical hazard for the guest. They move out of place when you trot. They change speed abruptly and the band slides at certain times causing loss of balance to those who are jogging. They're a danger! the pedals of the elliptical come out of position. These machines should be very old models that are not made for a high level of use as you would expect in a hotel!
This I let the hotel management know on several occasions without any positive results.

It is a hotel located very close to the airport La Aurora Guatemala, has a very good breakfast included for the price of the room and also plenty of space. The location is amazing although the price is slightly elevated.

Parking rate a little exaggerated.

It is a good hotel, the rooms are very large and very comfortable suites. Each Suite has its own Wi-Fi antenna which makes the Internet very good. The breakfast is very good, my reservation already included. The only thing I didn't like is the Gimnacio. They have it extremely neglected and it is very enclosed, almost no air circulates, and what little circulates, is the same pollution of cars on the street… should pay more attention to this area. The rest, all very well, including front desk attention and restaurant people.

The staff is super friendly and the service excellent, ideed to make some checks in the room to give maintenance to the wooden floor so that both the service and the facilities receive their five stars.

I've been to Mercure Casa Veranda more than 10 times and most of my stays were exceptional. The rooms are very spacious and most of them are like suites with even kitchen, breakfast bar, fridge and a living room area. Unfortunately there have been some very few staff members who seem arrogant or do not have a special service in mind. I give 5 stars anyway because most of the employees are simpky amazing. All together a great service and amazing vakue.

It Went Well but we had a group and many hospidieron on different levels. And Our keys did not allow access in the elevator to different floors.

Great venue. I went to a great party. The price for the parking was good too.

First time I attend an event in that hotel, it lacks to improve its service to large groups of people. I liked the order of their parking but they charge very expensive per event in relation to hotels of greater and better trajectory.

Great Hotel with a very friendly staff at a great price. Free airport shuttle and other amenities. I'm definitely staying here again. Ask for the suites. Very comfortable with everything you need.

Fantastic, large room with two TV's, large refrigerator, bar, microwave, separated living room. The service was great and everything was very clean and well kept!

My experience at Mercure was horrible. We had a senior moment, and accidentally booked 3 rooms for the same night. We were forced to pay extra or be evicted, even though we paid for 3 rooms, they refused to allow us to stay the next day on the room we did not use. They WERE within their legal right, but they care very little about the opinons of their clientele. No more Mercure for me, they can build their rivers in Brazil and plant 3, 000, 000 trees, but they don;t know tiddly squat about trying to keep their customers happy.

Friendly service, yet you have to sign agreements to use balcony and other anemities. Business center consists of two computers in the corner of the lobby and copy/fax is at the front desk. The spa was enriching, and gym contains the basic. Staff was very polite throughout the stay. I would like to stay again.

Room Size was good but… we had to ask for toilet paper. The room was FREEZING COLD and the A/C was not on. The location was great, but the address and link for Google Maps and Wayz sent us in circles. The Hotel Charges per person per day $15 and this is not listed anywhere on the website. There is breakfast included in the price of the room if you agree and the buffet was really good. The Wait Staff was excellent, but the front desk was very "matter of fact" and not very service friendly. We needed directions while driving due to the GPS issues and they were unconcerned with helping us find the hotel. I am certain I will look elsewhere before heading back here, but due to the location, I would not say we would never go back.

In general everything is OK, Lobby, restaurant, room, only the gym is out of place…

It is a good place for meetings and activities.
In addition Thursday have jazz live.

This is my favorite hotel to stay at in Guatemala City. I was able to get a suite rather cheaply and it was great the room was so quiet. The breakfast was included for all guest and was pretty good. There are hot and cold items, fruit, and pastries. The internet was included with my room as well and was fast enough for everything but streaming HD content.

More than excellent! Each room, excellent location, service and restaurants, is a Department near Piazza Fontanella and Oakland Mall. The best part of Guatemala. I was in some others, this is the best.

Excellent hotel, rooms are small apartments with a living room, a bar and kitchen. The service is very good but it has no swimming pool.
