The hotel is very nice, comfortable, clean in perfect location.
But the reception and security staff are a total disappointment. Abusive and arrogant.

We recently made use of the hotel to celebrate a wedding and the attention of the staff was excellent, both in the coordination and the attention during the event. 💯 for the banquet executive and waiter team.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is an express hotel but very good service. The pool was not heated but quickly came to fix the problem we had a great time.

Lousy service since we entered the Hotel. We stayed 6 people. Do not have customer service, do not solve any complaint, charge abusive minds of most and although we accept that it was a mistake, inform you that you can't do anything and who do not have managers per weekend. I make the observation because, far from being a pleasant stay, take attitudes to take care not to do so.

I loved being in that hotel, I was fascinated by the heated swimming pool, reception super friendly they HAVE A 10 for my.

Altogether an excellent hotel ideal to spend spend a few days good suites and well-qualified staff.

It was a nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. I would suggest having more English speaking people, better coffee machines, a fridge in my room would be nice, and real cups and glasses, not plastic and paper ones, also some better bath products and lastly, some chairs and a table on the balcony would be nice!

Day one, night one. So far so good. I like its location. Friendly staff. Clean. Quiet. Affordable; just right. I recommend.

Attentive staff, clean rooms, nice shower. They don't allow visitors to rooms without a $70 payment. They have cheap bottled water in the room for $2 a pop, not very hospitable. Nice to stay at but it's super obvious the bottom line is money, nothing else.

The location of this hotel is very convenient but the infrastructure is very old, the people at the hotel don't even look at you and don't want to help. We were in our room and had the privacy tag, a manager didn't care and went in the room without knocking. Luckily, we were just watching TV. Avoid this hotel if you are going with your loved one for a relax time.

I stayed here for almost 2 weeks along with my family who stayed in a second room for a long weekend. The hotel is reasonably priced and has a great central location to all the important sites in the city. The rooms were pretty clean. Our main problem was the front desk staff who were super cold and unfriendly. We were traveling for nearly 24 hours when we arrived and they seemed personally offended when we requested a check-in 10 minutes early. The restaurant & room service are outrageously priced for a holiday inn but the food was good. We unfortunately wouldn't stay again simply because of how unpleasant the front desk was to deal with on several different occasions.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. Friendly, helpful staff, luxurious and clean rooms, and within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants in one of the safest zones of Guatemala City.

Stayed for one week with my wife on vacation from NYC. We loved the lobby and dining area as well as they very clean rooms and bed. Balcony view was beautiful and the room service food delicious as well as when we ate breakfast at the restaurant on site. Lots of security to so we felt safe all the time and the cleaning ladies were ways very helpful and courteous. That was the great now for the not so great. Staff had difficulties speaking English which is surprising because most guests spoke english or another language besides Spanish and if you're an international hotel you would believe you would only hire workers at these important positions with a strong command of English. Front desk was a little cold and unfriendly, when we needed to extend our stay the clerk was not helpful and seemed more interested in squeezing some more dollars out of us then actually helping us (remember we already stayed 7 days here). Only after saying we would leave and go to a hotel across the street as their are many comparable hotels in area did he "miraculously " lower our room cost to that of previous nights. Also wait staff in restaurant are extremely slow in their "service" and speak little English and again quite poorly. Lucky for me my wife speaks fluent espanol and I've taken college courses just last semester so we could get by, however they seemed uncaring and not very helpful or attentive.

Many restrictions, sure necessary, but that makes me manage the stay. I say that because it is signed when you check in. Otherwise, very good.

At home very good care.

The hotel itself is very nice, the food is very good, however I stayed xon expenses paid, no prices, the pool is heated at all times and is on the fourth level with an excellent view of the city, the rooms are quite comfortable, they have coffee maker and coffee for a couple of cups, there are two bottles of pure water but they are charged, according to the label at $2 each. Well the overall experience was pleasant, however I can't say I would stay paying myself my expenses.

This hotel is modern and is centrally located in the Zona Viva district. The only downside is the restaurant. The pasta is overly cooked, the raviolis taste like they were frozen forever, the sandwiches are terrible and made with low quality ingredients. The only decent thing on the menu is the chicken parm and the peruvian shrimp and potato salad.

A very nice hotel, the facilities and the room very clean and a very attractive view at least from our room. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent, good view, staff very attentive and polite, would return and would recommend without a doubt.

Excellent hotel. Great location walking distance to plazas bars restaurants. Maybe in a bit cramped area during rush hour but seems most hotels are in the same area. Hotel provides good bar good restaurant awesome cafe. Excellent gym. Pool was under construction but it should be cool too. Great staff and good value rates. Close convenient to airport. Rooms are comfortable bathroom has stand in shower. Ok tv. Good views. Good working Desk. Traditional food restaurant next door and other good international places within 10 min walk.

I got an even numbered room. Caution this side of the hotel since there is a club with live music (loud) until about 1-2am. Overall I thought this hotel was noisier than expected. Rooms were nice however, and the staff was accommodating to get me into a room early.

I was surprised at the quality of this hotel, as the US chains are just awful. It appears to be a new building, so it is modernTheaff here is absolutely lovely, patient, and incredibly helpful — every single one of them, most if not all the staff is bilingual. The pool is outside, which may be a big deal for some. The deal we got through Expedia was great. The hotel has certainly gained a long term customer! See you next year, Holiday Inn Guate!

There is a pool and gym in the 4th floor, we had a room with breakfast included not sure if all rates include breakfast. It was alright nothing too over the top. The stay was pleasant although I must say its a bit noisy since a lot of cars go around as well as the airport is near to the hotel so you can listen to the airplanes go really close by. Lovely view though.

Great location. Airport shuttle. Hard Rock Cafe across the street. Nice amenities. Clean and nicely decorated rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.

I have 1 year and a half to come 1 ves per month, It makes me sick to know that I have more than 1 year and a half to arrive all
Months to your hotel and when I spoke to book, ustdes have a $115 fee, When by pullmantur they make it for $92, I want to stay all week, I understand no room for day Tuesday 10, To which I have begged for them to get me a room for that day, I am told that by increase of $115 I would be warned if there is room, No problem for that, Worst Q bothers me.

The elevators do not work all and 3 is not enough.

Excellent seafood on Fridays.

It is located in a very quiet area. They have rooms ranging from small to spacious rooms and very comfortable. All the staff is extremely friendly and are willing to support their guests so that their stay is pleasant. The may value of this hotel lies in the quality of people who make up the staff.

Excellent point if you plan to fly. A couple of minutes and have transport. The breakfast which you can change for dinner if q flying mid morning.
