I love its location and especially the staff. The service is amazing they are all so warm. We took the fishing tour that was beautiful and we used the jacuzzi, both things super recommended and the affection with which they prepare each dish falls in love.

Impeccable service and a lovely place.

I changed rooms when I arrived as I was covered the bathroom the next room did not turn on the TV and they did not give me any solution the next day they did not take me breakfast since at night it was not reported that I had changed bedroom and thought there was no one. When paying for the room they inform you that the young lady at reception did not inform me well about the prices.
There is no communication with these young people so there is no good service.
After a day's work I wanted to relax in this place and I didn't make it.
I don't recommend it at all.

I stay in the one that is in old Guatemala very good food location not so removed from the center a very good experience I hope to visit that of atitlan.

Beautiful quiet location is in a residential area. The staff is so friendly and so glad we paid for the breakfast in the mornings. Definitely going to stay again.

I really like how large the rooms are and also have a very unique design.

First, it's way too far from the main road, second the lady in the front desk doesn't have an idea about what customer service means, third in the web site doesn't say anything about the check in time ; so it's not fair for the customers, Fourth they say in the web site that they have Wi-Fi which works really, really bad. I don't recommended it for any foreigner! And I stayed for two weeks and I'm so unsatisfied with this hotel!

It's the cheapest aparthotel I could find these days for a monthly rate. You might consider a car as it's far to walk to the main street.

For those who like the rustic places it is good, has good Wi-Fi and the bad thing is that it does not have its own restaurant.

Area muy tranquila para la ciudad de guatemala si por seguridad este lugar es el mejor. Pero el precio de sus avitaciones es un poco elevado para lo que uno resive, mi estadia fue de una semana y en ese tiempo solo canviaron las sabanas dos veses de mi avitasion en general. Por seguridad 5 estrellas. Precio y tipo de avitacion 2 estrellas.

Perfecto hospedaje para grupos de viajeros que quieran venir a conocer la ciudad. Seguridad, tranquilidad, habitación completamente equipada y espaciosa. Excelente relación precio calidad.

I will always have incredible memories of this place :). The rooms are unique and comfortable. Did not have hot water but the heat usually made that into a positive. Hotel is in a gated area and close to the mall. I would stay there again.
