I stay here every time I come to Guatemala City. It has always been an excellent hotel!

I came to the pasta buffet. It's the best pasta I've ever tasted. You can combine all the flavors you can imagine.
So much flavor on a plate ❤️

The customer service of the people of Banquetes especially Wanda Alvarez is very bad.

Excellent facilities, staff service and a top-notch meal.

Very bad attention, excessive volume of music in events, do not let sleep and apart when you check out 6:00 am they give you a box with only a loaf with cream cheese, apple and juice… I wanted to order a coffee and they tell you it's cost apart! Bone! they can't give you a coffee… Bad service!

Super poor customer service! Extremely rude front desk (especially a women named Karen) employees. Were not helpful at all and treated me super demeaningly. Very bad experience all around and we will never be staying here again.

Today I left an event, I am a musician of years and I have never been charged such an absurd amount of Q180 money and with a Q100 "discount" ticket, it is a ROBO this, and when I wanted to complain to a hotel lord he tells me that the hotel is outside the parking lot. I bother too much that charge, as I repeat I have been in many hotels as a musician but I have never happened anything like this, please REGULEN YOUR RATES, they want to report this, but I write to you to look at this matter, I came to the hotel to assemble my equipment like 3:45pm and left the hotel at 11:30 pm or so, I know it's quite a long but it doesn't justify such a fee.

Great location close to a lot of restaurants and shops. Dining options in the hotel itself and a bakery for the late night snacks. Hotel staff is very friendly, and if you don't know Spanish they can help you out. Highly recommended.

Great time here, the pool was at a perfect temperature. The rooms were great and really accommodating. Nothing bad to say about anything here. Every person who works here are super nice.

I’ve stayed here and at the Westin and I can say everyone income I now chose this hotel! The service is in credible, locations is incredible, the food is amazing! The Bar in the executive floor and the staff is amazing I just love love this hotel!

The Hotel is first-rate, with four restaurants, event halls, pillow menu and several additional services. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Care must be taken in the showers: the floor is very slippery and does not offer non-slip mat.

I participate in workshops in their executive rooms, I enjoy the delicious food and good service. The facilities are very well equipped to cater to the ones we visited on business the hotel. Event screens if could improve, do not show the schedule of activities.

Nice international hotel. Has 3 restaurants inside the hotel. One of them is a Sushi restaurant called Tanoshii, very good food. Had free parking for guest, and parking discount for restaurant clients.

This is a good option for staying in Guatemala City. It os a full service city hotel with amenities for all types of travelers. It has also good restaurant options. This hotel caters to the business and leisure traveler. It is one of the top three hotels in the city.

It's very Fancy. They have good views, excellent service and they change tickets at the front Desk. Excellent First class Atmosphere.

Went to the seafood buffet, it was ok, because we used a coupon for 50% off, but for full price, definitely not worth it. Hibiscus has a better seafood buffet.

I had the opportunity to go to a conference there, a very nice place, very neat, impeccable attention and delicious food. The only problem is that the parking lot is very small and unsightly.

It is the hotel of my choice when I visit the city, the design of the hotel is very beautiful, and you feel at home as the staff is very attentive, courteous and helpful, this close to many bars, clubs and restaurants located in the best area of the country.

First class experience, from staff to amenities to rooms. We can't recommend it highly enough!

This hotel had an excellent service. Staff is really helpful and friendly Guatemalan style. Rooms are cozy. There's a pool at the 5th floor. We had a major event here and the staff was always keeping track of everything and taking care of even minimal details. Even major events with loud music where at the venue the rooms are quiet.

Terrible service. Don't even deserve one star. The staff and waiters dont know anything about service and the receptionists at the lobby cant be more disrespectful. They are so racist and respond to you in such a rude manner. I go ask about their hotel service as a visitor and what they do is snap back at you literally telling you to figure it out by yourself. It's their hotel they are working in, they should know better. I feel so sorry for them, working with thay type of mind set.

Central to just about everything you need, shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Staff are friendly and a attentive to every detail. Excellent standard fare and a Sushi bar as alternative, plus a 3rd restaurant, but didn't eat there.

The hotel is a nice place. The staff is phenomenal and the customer service is exceptional. My only real beef (and this is a major one) is that there is a disco across the street absolutely blasting deep thumping bass until 3 or so in the morning. This has been all this week. It's incredibly distracting and (needless to say) makes it difficult to sleep. Otherwise, it's a five star place.

The address is ok but appears in zone 1 and the Hotel really is in zone 10. Just 5 blocks away from the Barceló.
