Very central Hotel to visit shopping malls and night spots. Service Lobby is not very good. It confused all the time of the account. We were going to charge 7000 dollars for 5 nights by mistake… hahaha.

Excellent rooms, very spacious, service very good, breakfast excellent, good location, with parking nearby. The bad thing, you can't make local calls without charging the service.

Excellent location in zone 10 of Guatemala City. Attention to quality, facilities recently remodeled and very comfortable. Excellent restaurant with breakfast firm open since very early. Room nogocios wide, comfortable and with excellent services. Close to the airport and shopping centers are of very good level. Highly recommended always.

I went to an event hall, the attention was good. The restaurant and food excellent. Natural pleasant atmosphere.

Checked in around 2pm. They gave me a room key that did not work. I went down to ask them to fix it and that one did not work either so they called maintenance. At this point I asked for another room and was told no and that I had to wait for maintenance (I latter found out they had more rooms available). They came, unlocked the door, but couldn't make my key work. I wanted a shower and a nap so I asked them to give me a few hours. In the next couple hours as I was trying to sleep, I got 2 phone calls, 2 repair men at my door, and no one seemed to know what anyone else was doing. This is a totally unacceptable way to run a hotel.

Staff is WONDERFUL! The rooms are a bit dated, but clean. Housekeeping takes a very long time so be prepared to be out of the room for the majority of the middle of the day.

Not our first, or second choice but usually friendly. They allow dogs but we've had issues with management being inconsistent. Excellent cab drivers. No heater and the AC never gets cooler then 75°F. Executive Floor is nice, worth staying in the suite. Food is waaay overpriced in the restaurant — go out. The Tacontendo is great as well as the Peru restaurant. Also a Chilies nearby. All cheaper and better than hotel Restaurant. I give the hotel an "eehhh… " rating.

Good and clean hotel very spacious suite, but Wi-Fi in my room was very poor and unstable I was able to get stable connection in the reception area only. Selection of breakfast was not so great and taste was also okay. Hotel is able to provide free shuttle service to the airport.

A rather pleasant experience, which makes it more enjoyable is the fact the size of the rooms, specialize in the treatment of the guests. If you are looking for the place for the service I totally recommend it. The prices are in the skies, but the good thing is that they are worth it totally worth it.

Very good service and facilities, with a remarkable customer care, but they should be better identified facilities, one tends to get lost a little when you search some rooms.

The front next was very helpful, the room was clean and home-y. I loved the king bed and the free shuttle to the airport.

Great rooms, BUT VIP lounge needs attention… We arrived on Sunday and went to the lounge in the 17th floor and it was deserted there was no one from the staff, there were no drinks at all not even bottled water or hot water for tea, we the. Found someone cleaning and said that someone was going to come to help… That person never came — ViP is not so VIP after all.

Excellent place, rooms are very spacious and modern, in addition to their very comfortable beds, this hotel is located in one of the best areas of guatemala.

The rooms are gorgeous and the waterfall showers are lovely. A five star experience at a three star price. The staff treat you like family and are quick to help with any need. I especially love the covered patio dining area, which includes a waterfall and makes you feel you're a world away. Perfect for business travelers!

1st time at the Clarion in Guatemala City, and I am really impressed with the professional ethics they displayed here. They quickly and professionally resolved an issue that normally would have resulted in a one star rating. A special about out to the reception team for their help in the matter. If I ever come back to Guatemala City, I'd definitely revisit the Clarion.

Excellent place either for a work trip or for a walk. The location is optimal in the living area of Qty. Of Guatemala, close to several restaurants and shopping malls.

Loved it. All the rooms are a Jr suite which makes it awesome, great city view from each room, besides great buffet breakfast is included during the stay. Definitely going back.

The facility is fine, but the personnel in the front desk were not helpful in many situation while I was there. The first day, they could not locate me in the restaurant, because they just did not try at all, while my business partner was waiting for about 40 minutes in the lobby, that is just laziness from their part not to call the restaurant and ask for me. I called several times another day, and they just did not answer the call, that is totally unprofessional. The cleaning crew was great and that is why I give the hotel 3 stars. I hope in the future that the front desk crew will be train to help and serve the guests of the hotel.

Overall a very good stay. Rooms are very spacious. Staff is pleasant. Breakfast buffet is also very good. Only downside is it always takes too long to get my points for the stay.

A little shocking that the staff was so ill-prepared for a guest whose accommodations are provided by a business. I had several very unprofessional encounters with staff over matters they should be able to resolve without inconvenience to their guest. However, that said, it is a beautiful property and there are some staff members who redeemed the others. (William, Christian, and the lovely lady in the gift shop deserve special notice. ) I will return. I just hope some people have been retrained by then. If so, they will get a full five stars.

I found it in terms of very good hygiene, its very friendly and attentive staff, the very good location perhaps in relation to the breakfast subject buffet I did not see it very varied and if very expensive, we were two adults a child and the lodging included breakfast but the child did not.
