So the corporation picked this hotel for a 29 day stay, which is so far a nightmare. The rooms are nice the view is nice but the kitchen is the worst of the worst. The ladies at the front desk forget to do wake up calls, and forget to get us our breakfast. Breakfast starts at 6:30 am so they said said they will give us breakfast lunch boxes at 5:30 am. The breakfast lunch boxes are the worst things ever and sometimes they do not have them ready so we leave with no breakfast that we pay for. We went back a few times to get from the breakfast buffet and they said we couldn’t. We are not returning here and will look elsewhere for long stays. Beds are too soft and they don’t have therapeutic.

Haven in the chaos of Guatemala City. Modern design but welcoming. Business oriented, not a lot on offer regarding tours or places to visit but perfect for your starting point when arriving to the country. Great chill out area by the pool. Room a bit on the small side (single room) but comfy. Don't miss the view. Staff profesional and efficient, especially at the front desk and cleaning service. Airport transfer is a plus.

The pool is the most! With the warmth that makes you want to take a dip! Hahahaha breakfast looks delicious, upload some pictures to know a bit about how the hotel is, very clean, the rooms for events with an excellent view, since yesterday I am in a training, the delicious break box! And coffee doesn't say.
In what they do not put much care is in the toilets of the 19th floor, at this time that is the 1:30 I think they have not been cleaned since the morning, the dumpsters are very full and smell bad, that to me if I subtract a star.

To the entire Adriatika team thank you very much! Today we celebrate my bachelorette party here and really everyone's attention and service is exceptional. They all helped us with the decoration (put and remove everything), the sound, to carry and bring things, etc. All always willing to help and with a very good attitude. I recommend them 100% for events and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Definitely nowhere else they offer the help you guys gave us and are super flexible! Thank you from the heart.

The hotel is beautiful, for activities with varied groups. There was a training at level 19 today. The staff was very friendly and the food was very good. The coffee is very good.

Small and beautiful shopping mall, spaces for children to be owed, restaurants, fast food area, banks and to do grocery shopping.

It is a great place as much as in my case that has been residence work for long term and deserving of the 5 star that although I do not know the I give is by the high sonority with the rest of rooms.

Well I went to a training and everything well, but when it comes to serving a cup of water for a tea, like in the same thermos where they put the water they put the milk and by the hot water I suppose the milk from the thermos and came out even milky and with cut-milk rubbish.

It's very simple, there is no better hotel in Guatemala if you desire excellent service, great food, and the best location…

Nice pool, wonderful jacuzzi and the best panoramic view of the volcanos from the 19th floor. Ask for permission and get a 360 angle of the city. No other hotel has this breathtaking view. You may get lucky and catch one erruptting. Open the doors on your balcony and get a breath of clean air 65 to 72. Degrees and just Relax.

Bug room but no bathtub & small restroom.

The rooms are comfortable although lacking in detail to use of the taste feminine as a hat bath or a sewing case. Excellent service, good breakfast and extensive menu for dinner or lunch.
