Nice room. We liked home made breakfast and hospitality.

A wonderful small family-run hotel with a warm, homely atmosphere. The rooms are cozy and beautiful, and you feel right at home. Special thanks to the wonderful hostess for her care and hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay at Kajbegi Hotel! It’s a charming family-run place managed by the sweetest elderly couple who made us feel completely at home.

The hotel is run by the loveliest elderly couple. The room was spacious with an incredible view of Mount Kazbegi and the Trinity Church.

Wonderful place on the way to Trinity Church! Hospitable hostess, clean rooms, fast internet.

Modern building, well designed rooms with small terraces, soundproof walls (unfortunately doors are not soundproof and you can hear people talking and walking in the corridor, doors slamming, etc),

I had the greatest time here in snow house. It’s very familiar and the breakfast and dinner are amazing also the staff and owners of snow house. You can rent all the skiing gear here for cheap.

Amazing place! Owner and staff are friendly, helpful. Food and drinks amazing. Generally clean with good Wi-Fi and close to chairlift.

Stayed here for 2 weeks. It ended up to be my favourite guesthouse in Georgia! The room was clean and spacious, with an en-suite bathroom, and a small living room with a gas stove for basic cooking.

The room was very spacious and clean. I stayed alone, but it cost 40 lari per night for a room with three beds, a simple kitchen, and a hot shower.

We had a very lovely stay here.
Especially the breakfast was just outstanding.

The owners are very welcoming and accommodating. We spent comfortably two nights here. The breakfast is prepared by the mother and it exceptional, we even brought some for our daily hikes.

My room was on the 2nd floor with a balcony facing Kazbegi mountain and a window facing a chain on the opposite side.
The hotel is quite new, rooms are large and the view is fantastic.

Good bourgeois. But the rooms were very clean. Unfortunately the water from the shower was only lukewarm, then warm after about 10 minutes. Food was a bit meat poor for Georgian standards.

One of the best guesthouses I have stayed in so far. Very clean, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen with salt, pepper, tea, instant coffee etc.
Parking is available in the streets.

Great family run establishment. We had the room with balcony facing Kazbegi, but also the room itself was nice, clean and comfortable. Bathroom was spotless. Shared kitchen downstairs… perfect!

It was good stay, and they provided kettles and cups, but no water or tea/coffee powders, that's the basic stuff to be provided, I think they charge extra for it.

Very nice hotel❤️ good staff and very clean environment. They have a small backyard with mountains view. I highly recommend you to stay there ❤️

I am glad that on our way to Batumi at night in Stepandtsmid we came across this place. Very friendly polite hosts.

The location was very good, near the main square, restaurants and markets. Spectacular view from the terrace. The room was large and the hosts kindly moved me to a room with an ensuite.

We had the best stay at Archili and Nino. They showed us the best hospitality in our trip in Georgia. They just tretaed us with kidness and generosity.

Got a pleasant welcome warm friendly owner of Hillsite. An amazing woman who does it all. Room with an amazing view and spacious. Breakfast is massive for 3pax. Great deal too.

Clean rooms, lovely and friendly people, nice view. No breakfast or dinner but kitchen to cook. 5 min to Shino lift by walking.

Literally right in front of the lift and the corner beds are cozy with curtain. Very nice kitchen with shared spice rack.

Perfect place: location, staff, style, rooftop… vibe… and they even have own rent.

Nice guest house with good views from the terrace and stylish interiors. There is access directly from the room to the terrace. The rooms and bathrooms are neat and clean.

The guesthouse is right out of a Pinterest board — the host has decked up the place in warm and cozy upholstery, drapery, and accessories.

The rooms are clean. There is service. English, Russian languages. Not a very convenient location. But it's good by car. Tio is nearby. The views are beyond words how beautiful.

We stayed for three nights and had an overall good experience. The rooms are pretty much as shown on the pictures. However, notice that they do not have a fridge.

I really like my stay here. Calm, quet and cozy room with everything needed. Silence and peace in the complex. Room itself was great, all neccecary was there.
