DEFINITELY VALUE FOR MONEY!
The room was not part of a hotel but a studio apartment located right on the main street, around 300m walk from the Cathedral square. It had amazing interiors with well furnished kitchen.
Cons-
1. The washroom had a constant foul smell. They should look into that.
2. The room heater didnt work. I was not able to turn it on whatever I tried. Didnt call the owner since it was night already.
3. The mattress was not very comfortable.
4. The utensils could be cleaner.
Go for it, but maybe check about the washroom smell and the heater before booking.
Worst place in my georgian trip, cons:
1) no ventilation so you'll sleep with an open window.
2) it's the first floor, located near the loud road, as a result it is noisy and smell exhaust in the room (I personally can't sleep in this condition)
3) service: I've wasted 3 hours to check in. 1 hour to get keys + 2 hours to get towels and bed stuff.
