The two lifts were appreciated.

Its a good hotel but the rooms are not efficiantly equipped, not enough storage for ski trip. But the receptionist was so kind and helpful.

The property is clean, well-maintained, with no disturbance, and in an excellent location close to the ski resort. The view from the room is mind-blowing.

Was a really amazing stay, great amenities and accommodations.

We did a Masterclass, cooking class. Ani (she is a Superwomen) did all the hospitality for us. She run all things over where. Always smile, help and explain to us during the class (3hours).

The very first meeting was very positive and pleasant, especially thanks to the staff — the girls were incredibly sweet and extremely polite.

The breakfast was the best part, along with the attentive staff and the pleasant atmosphere.

The experience was okay, I mean "Okay".
There were couple of points to share:
1. We checked in at midnight and asked the reception to confirm if we can do a late checkout. He confirmed "yes".

A cozy and comfortable boutique hotel. Indoor pool was heated well, we coupd enjoy warm sauna after swimming. It was very calm atmosphere, beatiful garden and clean rooms.

Nice restaurant and bar to eat and also work from. Strong Wi-Fi and nice people. Food is ok but location and service gives it the high score!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Gudauri, Georgia. The receptionists, Nini and Alex, were very friendly and gave us such a warm welcome, making us feel comfortable right away.

Good service, manager Sergi was super helpful.
Food goooood, both in the buffet breakfast and up in the restaurant. Most of the rooms are small'ish but plenty for a ski holliday.

Speaking with Lana before arrival was very easy and she went out. Of her way to support with transfer to and from Gudauri.
