Excellent location, ski rental right in the hotel, wonderful breakfast, spacious rooms equipped with kitchen, nice sundowners vibes, well organised, will definitely come back again.

We had a great experience overall, thanks to the property’s excellent location with very close and convenient access to the lift (gondola).

I stayed at Gudauri Atrium ApartHotel, and it was a nice studio with a great view that would be amazing in the winter when it’s snowing.

Nice aparthotel. Exit from the hotel, get on your skis and immediately onto the gondola. Enter from the highway directly to the entrance, you only have to walk 3 meters to the door.

The apartments are very efficient and book by contacting them. They are cheaper than the apartments. They are clean and indescribably quiet.

We stayed there for two nights and everything was at highest level. The staff were really helpful and the rooms where cozy and confortable.
