Very nice hotel, great rooms and exemplary service! Stayed in July 2023, really liked it).

I liked the hotel. Cozy room, overall a nice hotel for such a place. A big plus is a full shared kitchen and dining area. Wi-Fi works. The owner/manager is unobtrusive.

The rainshower is broken and no drinking water. The view is like the fairy tale. Bed is very confortable. Its ok, it will be better if there is water availble.

Nice view & very kind owners — we had food poisoning and they called the doctor at midnight & waited in the rain for them & acted as translators.

We stayed at Ski House Panorama for three nights during our ski holiday in Gudauri.

Hospitality of those people are beyond expectations. Home made food, smooth wine. Cosy sofas with fireplace and family atmosphere to rest after skiing.

Really nice and helpfull owner ;) The room and bathroom were clean. Great base for trekking.

The room was very new and everything works well. The service is great, we were greeted with a big smile and she was very helpful. Location is really good, it on the road, so you can have big luggage.
