Hotel Gino Wellness Mtskheta

Little jewel just a few steps away from Svetitskhoveli cathedral and Nino Monastery.
We, just head back to Tbilisi wanting to chilled out and obviously discover surrounding as there is so much to do.
Regardless of what I read:
Greetings from overall (2 days booking)
Staff on deck: 9/10
Food: 9/10 (panoramic rest 4th floor a must try)
Waitresses on duty: 9/10 (impressed we were for young ages)
Pool: neeed attention 5/10 (cleanliness)
Room: 9/10
Downfall and comments.
AC: matters: we were warned ahead but should be fixed! (no complaints here! )
Message to owners:
To avoid some confusion (allow us)
Flyers should clearly indicate and placed within the ROOMS the following:
1/Where is the panoramic resto located (4 th floor)
2/Copy of the menu.
3/ Restaurant opening hours.
4/ Pool facilities (staff/ whoever is covering the shift, should clearly and systematically clear and clean all dirty beverages systematically.

We visited during the heatwave and the air conditioning in our room did not work. The hotel was unable to resolve the issue and issued a small 16.5% discount. This was highly unsatisfactory.

Nice town, cute and warm, this hotel is a nice place and has nice location.

Great location, comfortable rooms and helpful staff. The view from the restaurant is incredible.

The location. It is cosmic and it is matchless. The view from the rooms, especially from the 3rd, 4th floors and especially the terrace is magnificent. You will look from there and you will understand everything yourself. The view of the historical sites and two amazing rivers and their interlinking from here is magnificent.
And the hotel itself looks many times better from the outside than what some can find Inside. Everything inside, including the rooms, clearly needs repair. But it is clear that there is a deep economic crisis in this city and it will be extremely difficult to do this. Their prices are high, the service is below average — the food is also the same.

If you want to have a good rest with great views in a peaceful environment and delicious food, this should be your choice,

Amazing place, friendly and attentive staff very pleasant environment.

I was visiting only for pool, so I don’t know much about the rooms itself. But I’m very happy with my visit. Nice pool, good view, not a lot of people so you can really relax and get some rest. I’m amazed by the food and restaurant. Food and drinks were delicious and stuff was very helpful and friendly. Will visit again for sure!

I only sunbathed by the pool. The pool is big enough for several people, clean, different sun loungers. They provide a towel, the area is beautiful and clean. The hotel lobby is pleasant, the staff is friendly.

The worst service I have ever had. I booked a room for 160 lari which was expensive compared to the other room but wanted to have a sofa in the room. Room without sofa cost 120 lari and with sofa 160 lari. First I was sent to the cheap room, after I complained we got another room with a sofa in it but we were freezing because the air conditioner didn't work. Nobody took care of it. When I really blew up, we switched rooms where it was somewhat warmer but the room was cheaper — but of course we were not reimbursed the money (difference). Never again!

The hotel has a good idea, but needs updating. Water flows from the shower onto the floor. The paint on the walls has fallen off in places, and the door frames are coming off. "Extra bed" — an extra bed — this is an old, dirty, broken chair. The view from the window is beautiful into the courtyard. The pool area is beautiful, although the tiles are falling off in places. The pool at 10 am is dirty, with insects and a balloon. There are always some insects gnawing on something in the wall, it is very audible at night, the administrator was clearly already aware. The service is low, for the first time I see water in a hotel being paid for, and even 3 times more expensive than in a store. The administrators are not friendly. Breakfast is very meager for 30 GEL. The price for the hotel is not justified.

Me and my friend stayed there for one night. When we got on the 3rd floor there was disgusting canalization smell. The same smell was in the room. When you're having a shower water doesn't go well into the trap. The toilet paper wasn't new, there was the one that was left from the previous guest. There weren't any brushes and toothpastes. There wasn't any water to drink in the room. There's no telephone in the room to call the reception. In the morning we were waken up by that disgusting smell. Regarding the view, in reality the view is the roofs and yards of neighborhood houeses.

In old capitals of Georgia — Mtskheta, perfect location, view from hotel balcony is stunning: mountains. The hotel has not so usual facility in Georgia — swimming pool! In so hot days it's a super useful and important thing.
The hotel also has spa and wellness centres — after long walking, it was a good time to relax and prepare for nex day-long walking distances.
