Hotels in Ajara with Breakfast

The price is more than affordable, the rooms have all the amenities, and the view from the balcony is stunning. But the infamous ELEVATORS have the potential to ruin a person's holiday.

The place is accessible to many attractions including the Black Sea, The famous statue in Batumi, most beautiful McDonalds and many more. It has a supermarket just across the road near the entrance.

As a Muslim, it was a great experience there. Everything was perfect. The room, privacy, people were very nice and helpful all the time. Location is a bit far from tourist attractions. But reachable.

A hotel with good quality service, rooms with balconies, a large swimming pool with a bar, cuisine without any frills, but very tasty and satisfying. The beach is 2 minutes from the hotel.

My wife and I visited at the end of September last year. Very pleased. Special thanks to Tamara (as she asked to be called) for her hospitality.

I really enjoyed my stay here, gorgeous view, nice hosts, very clean 🙏🏻🥰 I recommend!

Pros: beautiful view from the hotel to the beach and the proximity of the beach, it’s very very good, swimming pool 24 hours a day, breakfast is good, although the same every day, free parking nearby.

Nice spacious clean room. The room has everything for life, the air conditioner worked without problems. Very friendly hostess!

The view from my room at orbi city was absolutely stunning. I loved waking up to the gorgeous scenery! However, the elevators were a bit of a pain.

Good hotel. Clean, cozy, spacious, welcoming. There is underground parking, its own territory with table tennis, table football. Tea throughout the day and a good breakfast in the morning.

Lovely and kind staff, always smiling at you.
We had a spacious room for 3 adults for a very decent price. The shower was so comfortable.

Great strategic location, amazing rooms and nice service. Unfortunately the facilities such as swimming pool are still being worked on. Staff are wonderful, amazing and so helpful.

Beautiful hotel in a great location (second line from the sea). Clean, stylish rooms. Good service. Unfortunately, the pools were out of order during our stay.

We were on 40th floor. Enjoyed view. There are no services provided but we are happy with the room and price we got it in. Studio apartment. Only 2 can stay.

I booked with airbnb and stayed at room 401. It was very affordable, and not as dirty as other reviews say. It's a small studio with balcony facing the sea, so one of very few ones with good view.

The hotel is good for the price.
Pros:
1) cozy room.
2) cleanliness.

Worth it’s value when it comes to apartment rental. Clean room with balcony and rooftop terrace. Breakfast is included between hours of 9-11.

We recently returned from this hotel, decided to read the reviews and slightly disagree with them)
In principle, the holiday went well, the sea was clean, there were few people on the beach)

Nice hotel. Very hospitable owner and his family!

We are from India and We were in Batumi for 4 days in 1st week Aug'25. Booked 'Feel Georgia' villa for 9 of us group.

The place is 7 minutes away from the beach. It's a villa where you can rent a floor. It's clean, has three rooms, a small kitchen, and one bathroom with a bidet.

We visited this place with our kids and friends and enjoyed very much. Very clean and cosy.

Great, cozy cottages in heart of adjarian mountains👌 very high quality equipment inside, everything is very designed and stylish! hospitality 100% recommended!

Super host and guesthouse with gorgeous views. The host is super helpful, with fantastic positive energy. Very nice location, close to eveeything but in the nature.

I highly recommend Rima's guesthouse. Rooms are tidy and nice. It has balcony with exceptionally beautiful views. Hosts are very friendly and lovely.

The cabin experience is very nice. They have three cabins, two of which have an external glass bed, and one without.
The place is very high and quiet.

I enjoyed a hot 🛁 and beautiful mountain 🏔️ view 😍I had so good experience in here. It’s a perfect place to be surrounded by nature!
Thanks to host for hospitality and helpful.
