We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel in Batumi. The staff were exceptionally friendly and supportive, always willing to help despite the language barrier with some of them.

The Spa in the hotel is tremendously great with sauna and gym. The spa receptionist Mariam is very nice and friendly, she helps me a lot on the reservation on-site.

Compact hotel. The rooms are clean. The plumbing is working. Air conditioning, TV, kettle are all working. The staff is hospitable. Five minutes walk from the sea.

Everything is super close to the sea, with good and cheap food. The owner is very knowledgeable and speaks Polish, Russian, and English. I recommend it!

The standard is excellent. Close to the sea and shops. The on-site restaurant serves delicious, affordable Georgian dishes. The host is a polyglot and manages everything very efficiently.

First, the reception is super responsive.

I've been living at White Sails for the past three years. It has a large and clean area where you can walk around and enjoy time near the swimming pool.

This hotel is located on the 25th floor of another building, and the elevator has interruptions.

Excellent location in relation to the sea. But you have to take a taxi to get to cafes/restaurants. There is little choice nearby.

Placed very well. Good views from balconies. New cafes and Restaurants in ground floors of 3 houses.
Inside Appartements finishing details are not so good. Poor quality for a new building.

A wonderful boulevard by the beautiful black sea, lot's of hotels, and all that you can expect.

Good for the price, rooms are good but reception service is pathetic, specially in the morning time the receptionist was very rude and misbehaving.

The best hotel to stay in Batumi. The staff was exceptionally sweet and welcoming contrary to many other hotel owners in Batumi where we had the worst experience.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. The owner of the hotel met us at the railway station and gave us a tour of the area along the way. Nice room with a beautiful sea view.

We stayed at this hotel during a cycling trip. Friendly and sociable owner. Everything is clean and tidy. The bicycles were placed in the garage. In the morning we were fed a delicious breakfast.

Great strategic location, amazing rooms and nice service. Unfortunately the facilities such as swimming pool are still being worked on. Staff are wonderful, amazing and so helpful.
