Not bad. There is a big problem with hot water pressure, it goes down and suddenly goes so strong and hot that you may get burned easily. Not enough lockers for skiing equipment for all guests.

Clean environment and very clean rooms, wonderful always-smiling staff, good breakfast, and a place you’re happy to return to. Also very close to the sea.

Excellent hospitality and service. Breakfast spread is top-notch. The ladies in the kitchen and dining area were amazing—so polite and warm.

A perfect family boutique hotel! In the heart of the old city, 2 minutes to everywhere to piazza, cable car, Cheng, supermarket, ice cream parlor and fresh fruit.

A small hotel with an elevator in the very center of the old city! We were offered a deluxe suite even though we booked a standard room.

We stayed at this hotel at the beginning of June. Excellent location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, the sea is very close. Well-groomed green area, cozy rooms.

Cozy winery lost among green mountains. Panoramic deluxe room is super nice and you get a great view over the winery, mountains and river. Everything we tried in restaurant was super delicious.

Nice hotel rooms. Warm. Breakfast is ok. Hot water in common area is good. Location is decent. Keeping a microwave will help ppl heat food as there is no room service or hot food in cold weather.

Just two min to walk to the beach which is perfect to me and you can walk all the way on the cost to the old town and touristic places. Breakfast was really good you will enjoy it for sure.

I’m a little bit confused, generally was clean in whole hotel, breakfast was enough, but swimming pool…. In pictures look really nice but when you go there, something should care a little better.

This hotel is a 20-minute taxi ride from Batumi centre. It is a small hotel with a very small pool. That said, the rooms are clean and the breakfast was fantastic.

Go there it so good there are parks one of them is dendrolgiuri.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 days. The rooms are very clean, the bed is comfortable, there is a kettle, tea and coffee in the room.

Convenient location, quiet center, windows overlook the main street, but there are almost no cars driving, you can sleep with the windows open.

We vacationed in Georgia for the first time in mid-August 2025, driving from Belarus with our family and two children.

We stayed at the hotel in August 2025, the owners are very welcoming and hospitable, they helped with everything and even solved many issues, for which we thank them very much.

It won’t be said loudly, but our vacation was no longer remembered for Georgia itself and its attractions, but specifically for the Elysium Park villa) Stunning views of the mountains and the sea!

We not only rested but also enjoyed many entertainments, such as tennis courts and golf, as well as tours in Batumi and the surrounding areas. Really liked the large heated pool and jacuzzi.

Hotel Retro is in a prime location with good views. The service is top-quality and highly professional. I had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended to everyone!
